Spacious 2 bedroom townhouse with garden and sea views walking distance to carvoeiro and beach. Communal swimming pool and children's pool.

On entrance level there is a large twin room that also has a sofa bed and bathroom.

Upstairs you have a spacious living area, fully equipped kitchen, double bedroom and bathroom. A spacious terrace leading from the living room.

There is also an additional roof terrace which sunbeds or for alfresco dining.

The village is just a 5 minute walk away.

There is no need to hire a car with this apartment but if you do there is communal parking available.

The place was rented through Elite Rentals, which can be found downstairs in the village. In case of problems with the heating, they went above and beyond, to fix this ASAP. It is a very spacious apartment, where most of the amenities are available. The location is at the top of a mountain, but the restaurants in the area are also easily accessible on foot. It is worth its price

This place provides everything you could ever want in such a pretty cul de sac! It lets so much light and is so spacious, it's easy to take the time to actually relax. Don't let the hike up the hill put you off as it's totally worth it, from the views from the balcony, to the family of red rumped swallow which nestled just out the back. This place has made our stay at Carvoeiro that much more memorable. Thank you! ❤️

A nice apartment for a couple with up to two children in a good location, but not in the middle of the noisy town center. Nice furnishings, beautiful view over the city... especially on the roof terrace at sunrise and sunset. The pool is quite large and very well maintained. We would gladly stay again! The apartment would benefit greatly from a clean roof terrace and new sun loungers or at least clean cushions for the dirty loungers. The mattress of the double bed is very hard - but that is probably a matter of taste. And especially in the otherwise quite morning hours, the constant humming of a device, possibly a neighbor's air conditioning unit, was quite disturbing.

Die Wohnungsausstattung war ok, aber einige Möbel waren wirklich veraltert. Die Küche selbst war in einem schlechten Zustand. das Internet war sehr sehr langsam, und auf dem Fernseher konnten wir uns überhaupt keine deutsche Programme anschauen. Auf Anfrage bei der ELITE Agentur wurde uns ein anderer Receiver zum leihen angeboten war wir nicht angenommen haben. Nach siebenmaliger Reinigung waren die Fenster noch immer nicht sauber.

Très bel appartement sur 2 étages et une grande terrasse sur le toit. La climatisation était vraiment un plus. 2 salles de bains ! Une belle piscine et un bel environnement. A 1 minute à pied du centre ville sur une petite colline. Il ne manquait rien. Le top !
