Fully furnished 95 m2 apartment with air conditioning and large terrace overlooking the sea and the old town. It consists of 2 bedrooms, including a master suite with a complete private bathroom and a second bedroom with access to another bathroom. Large wardrobes in the 2 bedrooms and 1 safe in the suite's wardrobe. A spacious living room with a very comfortable sofa, kitchen open to the living room and fully equipped (fridge and freezer, dishwasher, dishwasher, oven, ceramic hob, extractor hood, microwave, coffee machine, electric coffee maker, kettle, electric juicer), satellite TV reception (Portuguese, French and other channels) and free WIFI throughout the apartment. There are also two hairdryers (one in each of the bathrooms), washing machine, clothesline, steam iron and ironing board.
It is possible to book secure parking in the basement of the building, subject to availability and extra payment (low cost).
Shared pool and garden in the residence and fenced. Two sun loungers are available for the pool.
Terrace with table and chairs and a privileged view of the sea and the city.
Beach 5 minutes walk. There is no need for a car, all shops, restaurants and bars are nearby. Food store next door, the mall with CONTINENTE is also very close. If you like it every day, there is a market with fresh products (fruits, vegetables, fish, ...).
Bed and bath towels are provided and beds are made on arrival.
The nearest airport is FARO, 29 km away. A taxi can easily drop you off at the apartment. Ask me for his contact details, I will communicate them to you. Lina will welcome you to give you the keys and show you around the apartment. You can ask her any question.
If you come by car, you can easily park on the street.
Many parks in the region: marine zoo, Splash, water park, etc.

Quick visit to Albufeira
Property is as described, walk up 2nd story apartment, clean and spacious with Beautiful views of the city and ocean. Host was extremely helpful and responsive, check in was easy and after parking our car in the garage we walked to the beach and restaurants, which were all easily accessible on foot. Our family of 5, had a great time here on our 3 day stay. Thank you Maria Teresa.

Nice location to explore Algarve East and West without changing hotels every night
Maria Teresa was so welcoming. She accommodated a last minute request to come a day early. She met us at the door and explained all the details of the apartment. The bowl with fresh Algarve oranges and breakfast rolls were delicious. We were in Algarve several days and the location was perfect to explore the sites we wanted to see without packing our bags and relocating each night. The ability to do laundry was a plus. The only down side was the noise from night clubs most of the night. By keeping the windows closed and A/C on we could block most of the noise. It would have been nice to enjoy the ocean breeze at night without the noise.

The best thing about this property was the veranda (balcony), the seaview was incredible, but be prepared for the Meet Bar in Old Town that is loud and you will have to hear most of the night. This apartment sleeps 6, but I would consider it more like 4, 2 adults and 2 small children. The single/twin beds are more for children then larger adults. Even the towels provided are small. If you have any mobility issues this is not the right place. The elevator doesn't work at all. And you have to go down 5 flights of stairs to get to the garage to drag loungera outside for the pool. That also means 5 flights of staira back up to your apartment. Overall the apartment was satisfactory, but I also slept on a couch for 6 nights as I am not a small women. It does pull out but it's not comfortable. The communication with the host was great

Fabulous apartment
We have just arrived home from a fabulous stay in Albufeira. The apartment is very clean and well equipped. Our lovely host Maria Teresa was extremely helpful right from my queries when booking the apartment. The view is amazing and the pool area is very well kept and a relaxing area to chill. Our teenage daughter and her friend also loved Albufeira and the lovely apartment. We would definitely stay here again.

Great Location, good vibes
We stayed 5 nights at this property. The location was fantastic for us. The view from the balcony was awesome. Everything was neat and tidy, the kitchen was well stocked, bathrooms very clean, with good modern fixtures, AC worked well. Enough parking outaide, we never had to use the indoor parking. Its walking distance to the main albufeira party zone and beach. We shopped at the supermarket continente...perfect for everything. (Much better than lidl). Albufeira is central to just about everything if you driving. If you are comfortable with a party vibe and atmosphere, this is the place for you. Maria was great as a host ,very responsive and pleasant to deal with. I would recommend this property to my friends

The host was lovely and welcoming. She replied quickly to any questions/messages and took time to explain about the apartment. The view was beautiful and the location was ideal - a (very) short walk to beach and a wide range of restaurants. Great host and great apartment!
Maria was a very gracious and helpful host! She met us upon arrival to give us all the information we needed for our stay. The apartment was well appointed with 2-bedrooms, 2 showers and a simply beautiful view of the town and sea from the large balcony. Maria even provided some “welcome treats” for us including coffee, chocolate candy, a bottle of wine and some milk. We also had private parking under the apartment, which was nice and safe. Maria was very easy to communicate with and we really appreciated her quick response to our questions! I would recommend this apartment 100%!!!! Thank you Maria for being a great host!!!

The apartment was very nice, well equipped & decorated. Initially it appeared clean but when we did our own cleaning after a few days we found the sofa filthy under the cushions & a lot of dust under the beds. The location is great the large patio facing SW gave us great sun sets. The owner was very responsive to our needs. Unfortunately she did not live there & the cleaning lady representing her was difficult to deal with. We had a two bedroom apartment but the bedding wasn’t on all beds. When we asked for a second key we were told to call the owner, the smart tv wasn’t smart but the owner had it changed. We use the tv because we were on a long term stay. There were a Meriad of minor maintenance issues the door lock malfunctioned & my wife got locked in while I was locked out. Again the owner responded quickly. I really like this place so maybe we were a first tenant of the season or something but the issues were annoying. The place has great potential but the cleaning lady needs some coaching. When ever we asked her for something she seemed annoyed but it might be just a communication problem as well. We have stayed in 4 VRBO’s on this trip without incident except for here.

I stayed in this flat January 2023. The check in process was very easy even though I couldn't meet the host in person. She Teresa left me very detailed instructions about getting in the flat, as well as the various need to know use of the ammenities. The bedroom is well equipped and very spacious. The bed is comfortable and the view is nice from there as well. The ensuite bathroom is also spacious and well equipped. The layout of the flat is great. The natural light is amazing and the view from the balcony is just amazing, especially at night. I didn't use all of the appliances (stove, microwave, oven, dishwasher), but the refrigerator is a great size and works well. The rest of the flat is very well stocked with all the utensils and dishes, glasses etc. I really liked the location. Old Town, Albufeira Terrace (great shopping and grocery stores), and lots of bars and restaurants are all walking distance from the flat. I would recommend this unit and will stay at it, again.

Perfect location, lovely apartment
The location of this apartment could not be better. It is a 20 minute walk to the heart of Albufeira. The apartment was spotlessly clean and the owner had left a lovely bottle of wine and a few goodies to welcome us - which we greatly appreciated. The view from the apartment is unbeatable. You can see the ocean and a large portion of the town. It's truly magical having your evening wine on the terrace watching the town light up as the sun goes down or enjoying early morning coffee watching the small city wake up. We will definitely return to this apartment when we visit the area again.

Beautiful peice of Portugal
My wife and I planned our trip to Portugal months ago, and found this listing, which suited our every need. Maria, our hostess, was always available for any inquiries that we had. She met us on sight and gave a fantastic run down on the property and the surrounding amenities, as well as a wonderful welcome basket. On our return to this beautiful part of the country, we would not hesitate to stay here again.

Family reunion
Son and his family from Sweden joined parents from Australia for a 2 week beach vacation. Location…sensational. Less than a slow 10 minute stroll to a safe, wide and patrolled beach. The apartment overlooked the old town centre but was high enough up the hill to be out of the congested areas. Great shopping, restaurants and cafés were a 3 minute walk. The ever changing town and ocean view from the balcony were worth the price alone. Another highlight is the pool and grassed area. The children, 3 1/2 and 1 year, spent every afternoon in the pool. The accommodation was spacious, clean and in first class condition. I couldn’t imagine a better setup for a family holiday.

Beautiful Stay July 4-July 8
we had a great experience with Sr. Maria Teresa, she was very pleasant. The apartment was beautiful and had everything you needed. the walk to the beach was less than 10 mins. we will be contacting Sr. Maria Teresa when we return to Portugal.
