All what this hotel need is to renovate the rooms that are still have carpets and change the windows and curtains in the rooms Bathrooms as well need renovation in the rooms "

"Great retreat, helpful staff, everyone did a great job despite of the high occupancy of the hotel during our stay. The breakfast buffet was great, special thanks to the patisserie chef for the great taste and wide variety. Dinner Buffet was great too, but the hotel needs to include basic drinks to the buffet, at least water should be added. Perfect clean large pool. Do not get a pool view room if you will feel discomfort from the music at the pool and wedding venues at night. Special thanks to Mr. Karim for actively solving any issues."

She demonstrated the qualities of someone who deserves to be in a management position. Her service reflects both her own dedication and the strong support and training provided by the leadership team.
