This Best Western was very comfortable and pleasant. It is a short walk from old town and also convenient to the airport. The staff are super, the beds are comfy, and they even had Pikes Place Starbucks for the coffee machine. There is a bar and small restaurant if you are tuckered after a drive. A cooked breakfast was included too. Great base in Albuquerque.

Right next to freeway. Noisy. Very difficult to access properly, due to freeway on and off ramps being right next to it. A/C in room very noisy. TV channels are meager. Staff was very pleasant and helpful.

Pros: nice restaurant and good food. Good wine and drinks. Pet treats upon arrival. Pet friendly room well equipped Cons: extremely small and limited shampoo/conditioner/body wash. Noisy on first floor, doors slamming which did not let us sleep well. Rooms/ hotel somewhat dated in appearance.

Very nice! Clean and quiet with security. Close to old town - walkable. Staff were nice and professional, we felt welcome. Service in the lounge was great and had live relaxing music. We had the small plates which were yummy. We plan on returning when back in Albuquerque.

Very clean rooms and safe. Bar and restaurant options on site were fantastic. We would only offer that having the shuttle service more on demand and running more often would be a great amenity!

The property is old and dated. My bathroom sink drained very slowly and needed cleaning out. The noise from the freeway and the refrigerator made it hard to sleep. It was overpriced for what you got. I will not be staying there again.

I travel with a dog and there really was no good place to walk her. Neighborhood seemed a little sketchy. Hotel was ok. It is right NEXT to the interstate.

Great overnight stay!
I stayed one night as I was passing through the area. Love that they are pet friendly, have a dog run, and even gave my dog cookies upon arrival. The room was comfortable and clean. Parking was plentiful and lot was well-lit. Would recommend!

We loved this hotel! The room was spacious and beautiful with a very nice bathroom. It had a Kuerig for coffee or tea as well and included a hair dryer. There’s a wonderful restaurant just off the lobby called Wild Avocado which was a great surprise and very delicious for dinner. We had breakfast at Starbucks across the street. All in all a great experience. We’ll be back!
