Dear Rasmus, thank you for highlighting what made your stay not good enough: we can improve from your information. Yes, beds and bedding are from IKEA, however not cheap, and 100% cotton, in fact you are not complaining about the quality of you sleep, it seems like that was ok, and all our guests always report a very satisfying sleep. Regarding the t.shirt that is absolutely not acceptable, and our cleaning team has been promptly informed: except that, I am happy to understand that the room was very well cleaned, otherwise you would have mentioned that too. Breakfast service is guaranteed at our close by colleagues: cafes and/or hotels, and we always invite our coming guests to inform us in advance if breakfasts are desired. Not always guests answer us, that makes difficult and extremely expensive to give the service on sight in low season or only for 2 guests, and no matter the increasing of all prices, utilities, and suppliers during this months, we still have decided to not increase the rooms’ prices. Yes, the general cost of life on the island is high, so it is understandable the room’s rate of 1090/night in centre town, with parking, garden, library, and close to the services. Unfortunately nobody will read our explanation, as only your review will be public, but I thought it was important to share with you the reasons of Badehotel’s choices, and thank you again for your points: we appreciate a dialogue with our guests.

Dear Annie… Thank you for your “suggestions”😉 It is a shame that you focused your review on the only part of the building not repainted, yet. @ 2/4 of Badehotel’s facade have been completely renovated in 2017 together with 28 windows; @ other 26 windows in 2018; @ 1/4 of the facade in 2019, together with the entire new terrace; @ 22 windows and 2 outside doors completely renovated in 2022…without forgetting the inside renovation constantly going on. With all our guests’ help in staying here, the last part of renovation will soon be done. As we like to say: ROME was not built in three days! 😊 Hoping to meet you soon again Monica And Team.

Dear Flemming, Thank you for reviewing your experience at Badehotel Harmonien and AmoreMare restaurant. Yes, it is an ancient building, from 1850, however your room is completely renovated (see photos on our website). Prices on our exclusive island are on the upper level, they also include the exclusive location in front of the sea, there are cheaper BB available for all budgets in the countryside though.
