"Good location, big rooms, noisy on 1st floor with parking garage bell ringing all night, the valcony facing the street has road noise and the light from outside hallway comes under the door where the bed faces directly. Ive stayed before in the larger rooms on higher floor where this isnt an issue. Breakfast to the room is a nice touch but clearlt prepared a few hours earlier so loses its freshness. "

"Stayed in a Triplo Chalet with a queen bed. Room was cozy and had everything we needed. No fan or air conditioning, but the temperature dropped into the 50s F at night and so was very comfortable. There was a neighborhood dog who barked much of the night (very annoying) and we could hear someone snoring nearby, which was surprising seeing how the chalets are situated. "This is an older property, but it is well maintained. The staff is very accommodating and courteous. The hotel is very clean, all areas of it. The rooms are large, roomy, and clean, especially the bathrooms. One of the most important comments we can make about this property is that it is very close, and we mean close, to all major museums and attractions, walking distance. My wife and I travel to Brazil at least twice per year, and we decided that in our March trip, we will come back to...

"The castle is gorgeous but the rooms definitely reflect the age of the property. I stayed at the Suite da Torre (Tower suite) and it's one of the most interesting rooms I've ever stayed in with breathtaking views. The bathroom though has a constant sewage smell. The fist day we had left the windows ajar and door open and then in the next day the smell was nauseating. We had to keep the windows open to dissipate the smell. "Hotel não vale o valor da estadia. Quartos sem nenhum tipo de acústico. Conseguimos escutar tudo que as pessoas falavam e faziam nos quartos ao lado, também no corredor. Café da manhã muito simples, ou seja foi tudo muito ruim, a pior estadia da minha vida. Falamos com a recepcionista e a mesma disse que quem montou o hotel não pensou nessa parte de acústico, e disse sentir muito. Mas sentir muito não devolve o dinheiro que pagamos e que foi muito mal pago."

Piscinas adultos e infantis enormes com spa e ofuro para adultos. Porem a parte infantil encontrava-se sem manutencao, aparentando abandonada. Esse foi nosso unico lamento.
