The King Parrot cottage we stayed in was beautiful. So quiet, private and clean with all of the amenities required for a relaxing stay without having to venture out.

Lovely views of mountains, horses, alpacas and birdlife. Spacious cabin with full kitchen facilities. Reasonably priced. Fully recommend this place for a peaceful retreat. A small dishwasher would have been useful.

We will be back!
Second time staying here and it’s perfect like expected. Amazing room and beautiful views, room has everything you need. Owners are lonely and will help with anything you need. Perfect for a romantic getaway. The animals are a bonus.

Blue Summit Cottages
A nice cottage in a nice area. The nearest city (Maleny) is a few minutes away by car, and have the restaurants and shops one would need. I plan to come back to this location.

Beautiful.
Great place for a getaway. Enjoyed the environment and beautiful view. Host was very nice and made check-in easy. It was a nice cosy cottage. Will definitely return. Can get chilly at night so would need extra blankets. Traveller note: black out during rainy weather.

Absolutely beautiful cottage. We loved our weekend break here. So peaceful, with stunning views from the deck. Fully equipped kitchen, bbq, electric fireplace, aircon, spa bath. Perfect for a romantic getaway.

Romantic getaway.
Lovely, private, well presented cottage. We enjoyed our stay as it was a lovely getaway for our anniversary. The lovely candle and soaps from local shops were lovely. Fire place and veranda were inspirational and relaxing to just sit a chill. I was disappointed with the bed it was old, saggy and uncomfortable. I was also disappointed with the lack of availability of the staff. I am grateful and understand they want to give guests as much privacy as possible which is lovely, but when we needed or wanted them they were not available which is not very good considering they are offering a service.

All our beds have a 5 star feather mattress topper. If this feather topper is not fluffed up properly you will get the feeling that the bed is sagging. Please except our sincerest apologise if this wasn't done prior to your stay. It has been raised with our housekeeping staff. Due to the nature of our small business reception staff occasionally need to be offsite. We can always be reached via phone but it's unfortunate no one was in reception for when you needed us. We hope you will choose to stay with us again.

Excellence in accommodation.
This is my third stay at Blue Summit. Fantastic views, comfortable and clean accommodation. If you want quiet time, good views and space. It's the place for you. The staff are very friendly and everything you need for self catering is there. I'll be back

Absolutely Perfect
The best place I've stayed in a very long time. We stayed in the King Fisher cottage and it had everything you absolutely needed from a huge spa, fireplace, candles to every utensil for the kitchen. The view from the cottage was lovely; we had ducks and alpacas right outside our window. The staff we’re so lovely and very helpful, the express check in and out made it so much easier too. It was just perfect! If you're looking for a relaxing romantic getaway then you have to stay here!

country escape
Maleny has long been a favorite escape for us, we have been regular visitors for nigh on 35 years. Our cottage ("Black Cockatoo") at Blue Summit enabled us to enjoy so many of the things we most love about the area. A few minutes from the township (we love that Maleny still feels like a town and not a tourist trap) we could enjoy the peace and solitude of the place, surrounded by the constant sounds of birds and livestock, with a view to the mountains. We even knew the joy of weather rolling in and becoming "an island in the clouds". The General Store, a casual restaurant only a minute's drive away (we could have walked) allowed us a relaxing place to enjoy a drink and a share plate dinner, and plenty of cafes in town for breakfasts and coffees. Loved it. Would definitely recommend.

Refreshing break!
The view was stunning and it was lovely to sit out on the balcony and watch the sun set every afternoon. Just waking up to the sound of nature was enjoyable and the room was beautiful and comfortable. The staff were very nice and I would highly recommend Blue Summit.
