The guest service employees are fantastic!! Super sweet and kind! The casino was great, was nice to walk from our hotel room right into the casino without having to go outside! Our hotel suite was SO clean, I’ve never seen a hotel room that clean before! It was quiet and peaceful on our floor. Will definitely come again!

The room was a bit dated, but clean, and secure. It did have a smell of an old smoking room they tried to clean the room, but didnt let the room dry with the proper ventilation, so was just kind of old smoke, chemical and musty.

Beautiful room!! Super clean and smells awesome! Love that there is a connection to the Casino so you don’t have to go outside. Only downside is that there aren’t a lot of options for dining. But overall, super happy!

I’m a returning customer. I have written reviews before about my stay at this hotel, as it’s usually where I stay when visiting Winnipeg. The hotel is conveniently located, the free parking is a bonus. The staff is always very friendly. Checking in is a breeze. Roms are clean and comfortable. I feel safe at this place. This time it was Noah, who worked at the front desk during my check in, and also when I checked out. 5 stars to him for his excellent customer care.
