1 bedroom flat in a central location

The house is located in the quiet district of Bichling. The centre with its numerous shops, bars and restaurants is just a few minutes' walk away. Numerous car parking spaces are available directly in front of the house. In summer there is a garden with barbecue for general use.

The house has 5 flats over 3 floors. On the ground floor there is a 120m² flat with 3 bedrooms and direct access to the garden. On the 2nd and 3rd floor there are 2 flats of 50m² and 55m² respectively, each with 1 bedroom.

In winter, a blue piste leads up to 150 metres in front of the house and the lifts can be reached in a few minutes on foot and in summer you can reach numerous hikes in the Tyrolean mountains directly from the house.

Heel fijn appartement, met een heerlijk balkon. Als je al je gegevens van te voren geeft, het hele bedrag betaald én een borgsom hebt betaald dan hoef je niet naar Kirchberg om de sleutel op te halen. Deze krijg je dan via een sleutelkastje bij het appartement. Misschien wat onpersoonlijk maar aan de andere kant wel weer heel prettig als je na een lange reis aankomt en niet meteen zin hebt in social talk in het Duits.
