Simply perfect
This is the second time staying at this house & once again it did not disappoint. There is so much room inside: the kitchen is large & well equipped; the beds are comfy & the variety of games & puzzles made for fun nights & lots of laughter. The ocean is literally steps away & we found ourselves walking the beach,collecting shells & rocks each morning & evening. Somehow I feel we will be back. Thanks Richard for sharing your home.

Birthday Getaway Amazing Stay
We had 8 adults and 3 Children stay at this amazing home and we all had a blast, 3 Comfortable Living Rooms 4 Bathrooms 5 Bedrooms, beautiful dining area and well equipped Kitchen !! Nice Big TVs, super super clean home 2 car garage we used Beds Super Comfortable, Beautiful Beach that runs for miles across the street 2 minute walk this place is beautiful no one wanted to leave Thanks so much for sharing your home with us we cannot wait to book this beautiful home again soon!!

Perfect Family Getaway
This house was more than we imagined. Very spacious. We enjoyed it with our grown children/husbands and our 15 month old granddaughter. The house was well equipped with everything we needed…linens, towels, kitchenware, games/puzzles. We really appreciated the gate at the top of the stairs for our little one too. Perfect location with beach access across the street. Would recommend.

Great stay
The property was perfect for our needs. The check in process was great and the host was communicative. We do wish there had been some type of "property binder" with information about how to work the TV (on demand services) and the gas fireplace (how to turn off fully) and other amenities we used. Overall, however, it was a great place to stay and we'd definitely go again. The location was fabulous and the house more than met our needs.

Amazing!
We stayed at the house with friends for a board game weekend. The house was immaculately clean. It is even more beautiful than the photos. they were plenty of tables to set up on. The sitting room off the kitchen has a low ceiling and a door. It provides a very quiet space to escape to if you need a little quiet. there is very easy access to the beach. You can see the ocean from several rooms in the house. Wells is a great area with plenty of restaurants. To me the only consideration that seems worth mentioning is there is parking for four cars. I don’t know where a fifth car would park. It wasn’t a problem for us. The house far exceeded our expectations. We’re hoping to rent there again.

Great Girls Weekend!
Everything about our trip was great! (Feb 2024) We had just about everything we needed in the kitchen for our girls weekend. Beds were extremely comfortable (with the exception of the twin beds). There are three living room areas so plenty of space to spread out if needed (the one across from the kitchen was my favorite!) It is a short two minute walk to the beach. This house would be even more amazing in the summer! We didn't leave the house much BUT you definitely need to have breakfast at the Greenery Cafe in Oqunquit. Richard was easy to communicate with and answered questions promptly. The only things we wish we had that we had to go out for was a cocktail shaker and a few kitchen items like paper towels and zip lock bags. We hope we can visit again next year!

Perfect Girls Getaway
We have a group of 10 women and have been doing a yearly getaway for decades. We have stayed at a lot of places in the area. We all agreed this was our favorite so far: clean, well equipped, comfortable, spacious, great Location We would definitely recommend, and voted unanimously to come back for our next getaway.

We loved this house. It has a great layout for families to gather and space to spread out. It was close to grocery stores and had fantastic views from the windows. The owner was really responsive. 5 stars!!!!

Overall Great Experience
Five 50-something couples had a perfect vacation in a great house. Awesome location, house was exactly as described. Plenty of room for everyone, amenities were great, including a gourmet kitchen that got plenty of use. Communication with the owner was excellent; would recommend this place to anyone looking for a beach house with everything to offer.

Nice location, looked like the listing pictures, very clean. Great house for family get togethers. Lots of open large spaces and was well stocked with toiletries and kitchen items. Easily accessible to beach via public walking paths. Beach chairs and beach towels were provided. Highly recommend!

Slice of Heaven
My second trip to this beautiful home, in May with cousins group and this week with 5 couples. My husband and our friends loved it as well - very relaxing and so peaceful - so much room with 5 bedrooms and 3 living rooms so easy to enjoy and yet be together. Host is available whenever we reached out and very accomodating. Look forward to returning.

We (6 adults and 4 children) enjoyed our stay at this home. The house is beautiful and the location is fantastic for beach access. The open layout worked great for us and we loved the large dining room table and comfy sofas. The outdoor shower was perfect for cleaning off the sand after a day at the beach. Loved it!

Rainy But Still Great
For the first time in 10 Maine vacations we selected a location virtually at the beach. After an OK two days . . . it rained, then it rained, then it rained. But the quality and spaciousness of the property made the week not only bearable, but enjoyable for our entire family. We already signed up for next year - just add some sun.

Comfort and Class on the Beach
What a wonderful home! It has all you could want and then some. So tastefully decorated, very clean, and comfortable with plenty of space for our group of 12 including teens and toddlers. An upper and lower living/TV room were quite useful in allowing entertainment for both teens and adults. The front and back decks were peaceful and allowed for some great grilling, not to mention a good ocean view from the front. The kitchen was well stocked and had all the basics. Linens and towels were clean and crisp and bedding was comfortable. Loved that the AC could be adjusted by house level. Would have loved to use the fireplace but a bit too warm for that option. May have to consider a fall visit. Located just a few steps to beach access, it was truly one of the best homes we have rented over the years. Moreover, Richard was an absolute joy to work with, very responsive, sometimes within minutes. A welcome bouquet and some bubly were a nice welcome touch. There is no question that we would love to return in the near future.

Beautiful home fantastic location
We loved our stay at this beach house in Wells for a family vacation, 4 couples and a handful of little kids/infants. Tons of living space for everyone to spread out (3 large living/family rooms!). Nice big kitchen, bbq on the back deck. It was cold and rainy early in the week so we also enjoyed the 2 big fireplaces and puzzles. Right across the street from a large beach with public access a couple houses down in either direction. We also loved being a very quick drive to Ogunquit and Kennebunkport. Thanks you for a wonderful trip, we would love to stay here again!
