Great hotel room. Only issue is that you have to request a mini fridge since the one that they have is preloaded and has sensors. If you touch anything, it charges your room automatically. If you have your own drinks or leftover food, you can put it in there.

Checking in was quick and easy with a pleasant staff member. Hotel rooms were very nice! Loved the mini bar options. The casino was welcoming, big and had enough tables so that you didn’t feel crowded while playing. Food options available late! Even a 24 hr option! Definitely recommend and will be going back.

Negatives: $$$$. No perks (e.g., complimentary breakfast). And I will say the towels provided were of the lowest caliber for the cost of a room per night. Small, scratchy and unuseful. Positives: Comfortable sleep. Nice room. Convenient.

I enjoyed my overnight stay. I received a room upgrade to a king suite. The hotel is about 15 minutes from Union Station. I would definitely stay at this property again.

Overall decent but communication was spotty
Hotels really nice if you get into a decent room comma there is a lot of issues with the front desk when it came to having things communicated among each Other and the communication of the resort fees are either need to be told at the start that it will be charged at the start or the end. And I was told both so I really hope that I don't get charged. Double the resort fee because they don't communicate

The room was nice and spacious. The only thing I would have liked to have was a personal fridge for water/juices, instead of a payable fridge with their amenities/snacks.

There was food crums on the upholstery beside the beds and in the cracks around it… It smelled like ramen noodles when I first walked into my room. The walls are thin between rooms and in the hallway so I could a pair of guests busy in the AM …. Which woke me up in the morning The water was shut off during my stay, so I was told to use the spa which was inconvenient because, the shower and the toilet weren’t working in my room. But I got compensated free breakfast for that soo… There was no room in the fridge to put my left overs because it was fully stocked with overpriced drinks… and if you pull anything out the fridge for more than a minute they charge you for it…
