Can’t beat this hotel for the price! The place is old but well maintained and clean. They have a variety of extras like cookies at 7, a high end coffee machine, a wide variety of breakfast options and the location is convenient and quiet.

Staying at Best Western in Walla Walla WA was for the most part a good experience except at check out, when I entered the front desk area the customer service agent behind the desk was conversing with a women with a baby standing off to the side and continued to converse with the lady while I was waiting. Listening to the conversation, being carried out in front of me I could see this was a personal conversation. When they finished the conversation, the front desk agent then assisted me. I told her I did not appreciate waiting while she carried out her personal conversation. The agent responded with the women she was speaking to worked there and was visiting, and there were other employees that could have helped me. Two other agents came to fron desk area at this time. The agent I was speaking to stood behind them glaring at me. Unprofessional and poor customer service. She could have put her personal conversation on hold and assisted me since she was working and not on a break.

Great place to stay.
It was a great stay. We were traveling for a volleyball game. The room was clean, felt safe and the front desk was friendly and helpful. Would stay again.

I've been making regular visits to the Hood River area. I always stay at the BW Hood River because I can always count on a confortable room, lovely surroundings, good food at the restaurant and friendly staff. They never disappoint.

The property was clean and well equipped. It was standard, predictable, and satisfactory, without being special. One quibble--we did not like the design feature of the bathroom sinks and counter-top being in the main sleeping area rather than in the bathroom proper--why???

I had a wonderful stay at the Best Western Plus in Walla Walla. My room was very clean, quiet, and comfortable. The breakfast was amazing, with plenty to choose from. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a room in Walla Walla.

One of the best in our month-long road trip
We loved the little extras, like microwave popcorn provided, choice of bar soap and body wash, new luggage carts, etc. Best of all was the location -- a bit out of downtown, but easy walking distance to (and from) the shops, wine tasting rooms, etc. No one should be spending the afternoon in wine tasting rooms and then trying to drive to the hotel!
