Quiet chalet with sauna in Königsleiten

This lovely chalet is in Königsleiten. It is ideal for a small group and can accommodate 12 guests. This chalet has 5 bedrooms and a private swimming pool for you to relax and get rejuvenated.

The chalet is only 200 m away from the ski bus. The nearest restaurants are 100 m away from the stay if you plan to dine out sometime. Stock up your essentials from the local supermarket only 500 m away.

The terrace is accessible if you wish to spend some outdoor time with your close ones. Stove and central heating are provided in the property for your comfort. Parking is provided for your convenience. This child-friendly chalet offers high chair and children’s bed for the little ones.

Due to beautiful wheather and good friends in this house is the stay fantastic. :-) The house is good located between the ski areas Wildkogel and Zillertal Arena. Supermarket and bakery are close to it. The equipment is well, also the lounge area!

An und für sich eine tolle Unterkunft. Leider hat uns der Anbieter verschwiegen, dass ein Schlafraum wegen starkem Schimmelbefall nicht nutzbar war. Auch ein Woche nach Beendigung des Aufenthaltes gibt es, trotz Vorlage eindeutiger Fotos, vom Veranstalter keine Reaktion wie die entstandenen Unannehmlichkeiten vergütet werden. Man verliert sich leider im Hin und Her schieben der Verantwortlichkeit zu lasten des Kunden. Wir mussten stark improvisieren um letztendlich allen Mitreisenden einen Schlafplatz zur Verfügung zu stellen.

Sehr empfehlenswert!

Wir haben ein Domizil für ein Familientreffen gesucht und hier gefunden. Das Ferienhaus hat mit toller Lage und hervorragender Ausstattung geglänzt und unsere Erwartungen weit übertroffen. Es hat an nichts gefehlt, allein ein Grill on top wäre noch wünschenswert gewesen, aber auch Jammern auf hohem Niveau! Unsere 4 erwachsenen Kinder mit Anhang, unsere beiden Enkel (10 Monate/3 Jahre) und wir Eltern/Großeltern, so insg. 11 Personen, haben die Zeit in einer tollen Umgebung sehr genossen.

Het chalet was super. Heel fijn dat de bedden opgedekt waren en dat er 2 paar handdoeken voor iedere persoon aanwezig waren. Het chalet was van alles voorzien en schoon. Super fijn vonden we dat. Daarnaast zaten we op een fantastische plek en fijn dat we gebruik konden maken van het mooie Kristallbad. Dankzij jullie verblijf hebben we een fijne vakantie gehad.

Mooi huis in het dorp Wald. Pluspunten: ruim, schoon, mooi sanitair, supermarkt ...

Mooi huis in het dorp Wald. Pluspunten: ruim, schoon, mooi sanitair, supermarkt en de skibus op loopafstand. Minpunten: in 1 slaapkamer kan er geen raam open, vooral in de zomer lijkt mij dit heel benauwd. Er rijdt een skibus naar Hochkrimmel en Neukirchen, maar die rijdt niet heel frequent. Vooral richting Neukirchen is dit niet zoals we in andere skigebieden gewend waren. De dag dat we aankwamen was ons huisje nog niet klaar, want de schoonmaakster had corona. Kan gebeuren natuurlijk, maar na 1,5 dag reizen is het heel vervelend te moeten wachten tot half 6 en er was geen alternatief behalve te gaan zwemmen, waar niemand zin in had. Hiervoor geen enkele compensatie. Verder zou ik nooit meer via Belvilla boeken. In eerste instantie was onduidelijk of iedereen in ons reisgezelschap op tijd geboosterd zou kunnen zijn. (de regels voor Oostenrijk werden gewijzigd na onze boeking) Belvilla had hier geen boodschap aan. Op geen enkele wijze werd meegedacht hoe we dit zouden kunnen oplossen. Omboeken mocht, maar zou weer 195 euro kosten. Uiteindelijk had iedereen op tijd een booster, maar dit was begin december absoluut niet duidelijk. Ik boek NOOIT meer via Belvilla en raadt iedereen aan dit ook niet te doen. Neem een betrouwbare en minder geldbeluste organisatie.

Schöne Zeit!

-ruhige Umgebung -schöne Zimmer -Etwas kleine Küche/ Essbereich für 12Personen -schöne Terrasse -kein Garten (hatten wir nach dem Inserat so verstanden) -tolles Schwimmbad, dank Corona-Begrenzungen sehr entspannt :)

Unser Haus war total super. Eine super tolle Einrichtung und sehr sauber. Es war alles da, was man benötigt. Die Umgebung war Traumhaft. Man hatte einen super tollen Ausblick vom Balkon aus in die Berge. Auch das Freizeitangebot war toll. Vor allem die Krimmler Wasserfälle waren ein super toller Ausflug. Wir werden definitiv wieder kommen.
