Beautiful Lake View, Peaceful Retreat

Our charming, No pets, lake cottage is located on a bluff over looking beautiful Ft Gibson Lake. The home has 2BR, and 2BA with a third room that hosts 2 single beds. The master bedroom has an attached bathroom. A second full bath is located in the center of the home. The kitchen is fully equipped with range top and oven, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, and microwave oven, as well as other small appliances. We provide a full size fridge with ice maker. The cabinets are stocked with kitchen linens, cookware, dishes, and storage containers. The laundry room has a new full size washer and dryer for your use. The cottage is located in a community with quiet neighbors and lake life charm. Come and enjoy fishing, boating, water skiing, and wake boarding or just relax with the sites and sounds of the lake. There are 5 public boat launch ramps within 2 miles for easy access to the water. Muskogee and Wagoner are approximately 12 miles away for shopping, dining, movies, and museums. As an extra, we own property across the street that allows for ample parking for our anglers and recreational boaters.

Wonderful cottage in a quiet area

Our stay at this lake view cottage was incredible. The owners thought of so many details to make our stay comfortable. The place was very clean, very quiet, and the amenities were awesome. We loved our stay and would tell anyone who will listen how great this place is.

Great house overlooking Ft. Gibson Lake.

This house has everything that you will need for a wonderful stay at the lake. Located near several boat ramps, Cypress Cove Marina, and the Sequoyah Bay beach. Comfortably sleeps 6. Hosts are very responsive and eager to make sure that your group has everything you need.

Sweet Family Getaway

Our family felt very comfortable and enjoyed our stay in this clean, cozy cottage. It had everything we needed and more. The beds were very comfortable and I can't say enough about how very homey and relaxing the place is. We highly recommend it and hope to return!!

Great house with a great view!

We really enjoyed staying in the Beard's house for our spring break vacation. With 4 kids, there was plenty of room for them to play and sleep. The view of the lake was fantastic and the home was cozy and welcoming.

Love this place

The house was so nice! We got it to celebrate my sons birthday and to have a quicker stay to the lake and this place was perfect! There was enough space for everyone. The view from the backyard was so beautiful. We will definitely be staying here again in the future.

Lovely little cottage!!!

We so enjoyed our stay! The cottage was immaculate! The rooms are nice sized and the entire cottage has been updated while still keeping it's charm. Our hosts were very responsive to questions both before and during our stay! We would definitely return!!!

Fabulous!

Beautiful, well supplied, and very clean and tidy. Cute little neighborhood with a Spectacular view of the lake, and the marina is about 5 minutes away. We couldn't have been more pleased!

Weekend Get Away

We were very pleased with the property and how clean everything was. Doug and his wife were very kind and helpful. The property is just 2 miles from the lake. We were able to bring our boat and had plenty of room to park it. We had a great time. We will be coming back for sure.

Best place ever

This was a new place for us but it will be our go to many more times. Hosts were fantastic, the place is stocked with everything you will need. Great fire pit, great view, easy access to the marina, everything was very clean and when we got there we were greeted with a note from our hosts with contact info in case we needed anything. If I could give it better than a 5 I would. Thanks for a great weekend!

Perfect

This home was perfect for our family. The bedrooms are spacious, very clean and newly decorated. It really felt like home while we were here. They had everything we needed from kitchen utensils and appliances, bathroom supplies and games. The beds were very comfortable. It was so nice to be able to sit on the front porch and read or back porch and watch the boats on the lake and sunrise. The hosts made sure we had everything and had some great ideas for dining. I would recommend this to anyone!!! Thank you!

Weekend getaway

This was perfect for two couples (and even a couple of kids could join.) They thought of every detail from the moment you walk through the door. Games, feminine products and other toiletries, the kitchen was loaded with practically anything you would need, even charcoal for the grill and laundry supplies. We brought most of these items but it was nice to know they have it all available just in case. Quick and easy access to a near by boat ramp. We will be back for sure!

Quiet Escape

My husband and I were in desperate need of some intentional time together. This proved to be the perfect spot for us! The home itself was very clean--something of great importance to us. We also had everything we needed: plenty of linens and a well-supplied kitchen. If you want to be close to the action (restaurants and shopping), this is probably not an ideal location for you. But if you want to just get away from it all and enjoy a quiet escape, you will not regret a stay at this lovely home. We enjoyed reading from the back patio and watching a variety of birds fly about us! ~Janet S.

Pictures didn't do it justice

We were in Muskogee to visit my son who is in college there. This home was a perfect option, the craftsman ship throughout the house was very well done. We were able to BBQ both nights we were there and the kitchen had everything we needed to have a great Easter dinner Sunday. The home owner Doug helped us get firewood so we could use the fire pit in the back yard, which was nice to enjoy along with the lake view from the back patio. We are planning our next trip this summer so we can enjoy the lake also. The two living areas made it really nice, so we could watch basketball while my daughter was able to control her own TV choices. Highly recommend this property if you are looking for a vacation near the lake. Thank you again Doug for the hospitality.

Comfortable and peaceful

My husband and I had a lovely weekend spotting American Bald Eagles in the area. Doug and Susan’s home was comfortable and well appointed with everything we needed! Very clean and comfortable. The neighborhood on the lake was very peaceful. Doug and Susan even had a treat waiting fir us when we arrived! Oh, and the bed was so comfortable!!
