Guest Access:
NOTES: Check-in from 17:00 to 20:00 – Check-out from 9:00 to 10:00. Arrivals after 20:00 must be communicated in advance to the property . Guests have to contact the reception office in advance to obtain the KEY BOX code and thus getting the apartment keys. Check-in after 20:00 may not be guaranteed without prior arrangement and a surcharge of € 50.00 may be applied. Also, guests' phone number is required for late check-in.
The Neighborhood:
The residence Le Fontane is located in Villasimius, on the south-eastern coast of Sardinia, which is characterised by beautiful white sandy beaches and colourful shallow sea, as the marine protected area of Capo Carbonara, Porto Giunco and Punta Molentis. The complex is located in a peaceful residential area at a few steps from the town centre and offers a wide range of services such as supermarkets, cafés, restaurants, pizzerias, discos, clubs and shops. Villasimius is also renowned for its archaeological sites and museums. Furthermore, the area offers the opportunity to practice several water sports. The airport and harbour of Cagliari are at 50 kms. The nearest beach, Simius, is at 2.5 kms.
Getting Around:
Nearest airport is Cagliari Elmas Airport which is approximately 50km away, You can reach Cagliari port by ferry from mainland Italy and Sicily. Throughout the year, there are regular ferry connections to the Sardinian capital from the ports of Civitavecchia, Naples and Palermo.

DEPOSIT: € 200.00 refundable at the end of the stay, providing no damage or misuse of the apartment has occurred. In case of check-out outside office hours, the deposit will be refunded by bank transfer (additional charges will be applied). "
