Perfect for a couple or families who wish to live Venice being relaxed and breathe the atmosphere of this ancient and wonderful town.
Newly restored and cozy flat is situated on the first floor (without a lift). The apartment features a spacious double room with a king size bed, a living room where you will find a very comfortable convertible sofa suitable for two and a dining table, a modern, fully equipped kitchenette, everything decorated with taste and style. At the end of your walking day, you may relax enjoying a warm bath in winter or doing a cool shower to refresh from the eat of summer days...this is what the bathroom offers. The apartment is equipped with independent central heating, air conditioning, wifi Internet connection, satellite TV, hairdryer, dishwasher, washing machine, iron, ironboard, kettle, toaster, Italian and American coffee machine, babycot, bathtub. The area where the apartment is located is a very Venetian area served by local shops, cafés, restaurants and cichetterie where you may enjoy a wide choice of delicious Venetian meals together with the flavour of the typical aperitif which is called spritz served with a variety of wonderful appetizers.

The apartment is tucked away,along with other apartments. Close to a couple of bakeries & resturants. Very quiet & the apartment was well appointed. We walked all over the place from the apartment. Daniela was very friendly & very helpful. She had someone meet us when we arrived by water bus & she took us to the apt. Highly recommend.

A great stay!

The stay could not have been better. The apartment was far enough away from the tourist areas to not be overrun, but close enough to visit within a 10-15 minute walk. Everything we needed was nearby; plenty of nearby restaurants and grocery stores. The host contacted us before we arrived and told us where to meet her, then led us to the apartment and gave us a tour of the amenities. Overall we had a very comfortable stay.

Excellent stay in Venice

Enjoyed our stay in Venice (minus the rainy weather) the apartment was perfect, had everything we needed and more. It was clean and cozy and easy to find with the incredible directions provided. Daniela was responsive and checked in to make sure we are okay and see if we needed anything, it was a nice touch! Would stay here again.

Beautiful spot

We stayed at this residence for two nights, it was extremely clean, spacious, and had absolutely everything we needed. The bed was comfortable, bathrooms had extra stock of everything needed. Kitchen was quite well stocked also, if you wanted to cook in the room. The hosts were very accessible via WhatsApp, and provided very good recommendations as to where to eat and visit throughout Venice. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this to others.

Perfect oasis for a hot summer in Venice

Lovely apartment. AC was excellent despite the heat. Many amenities: well stocked kitchen, local recommendations and personal touches. It was a great place to return to during the scorching afternoons.

Perfect Space!

This was such a beautiful VRBO. We travelled all over Italy and this was definitely our favorite stay. It was spacious enough that you didn't feel squished. The bed was super comfortable. Loved that there was a separate living room area. The host was very nice and helpful and provided great instructions for our after hours check in. Highly recommend staying here!

This was a lovely property. Daniela couldn’t be more gracious or helpful. She met us at the dock and walked us to the flat and made sure we were settled. She even let us go in early! The bed is super comfy and the kids even through the sofa bed in the main room was comfortable. I would definitely stay here again and will recommend others do the same.

Short stay in Venice

We were so impressed with the booking. From the minute we booked until after we left, the communication was prompt and amazing. We were given detailed instructions on how to get there. The apartment was beautifully decorated and in a quiet neighborhood. There is a short flight of stairs but compared to other peoperties we stayed at these were the most modern and easy (we had both checked and carry on baggage). There are many quaint stores and restaurants close by. We were given maps, and recommendations, including helping arrange a private tour of a glass factory. Highly recommend and if/when we go back, we will definitely check for openings.

Great cozy apt close to sight

Amazing apartment with very kind and helpful host. The apt is right off of a water bus stop so not too much walking with your luggage. The host gave videos on exactly how to get to the apartment which was very helpful on our first day in Venice. The place was close to a lot of the sights around Venice. Hot shower available at all times. AC and a fan available. Host gave us a lot of recommendations of the area. Loved our stay. Would definitely recommend to others.

Comfortable and great location

We loved our stay at Daniela’s apartment. She was kind enough to let us check in early after our overnight flight. She gave us detailed directions from the airport and her associate Cristina met us on the dock in Venice and walked us to the apartment which was clean, comfortable, beautiful, and had everything we needed. The location was convenient (10 mins to the dock from the airport, 15 mins from st marks square, right next to a nice square with a cafe, restaurant and bar). We loved our stay and would recommend to anyone.

Venice visit

We had a wonderful stay in Venice. Daniela was a wonderful hostess. She met us at the water bus and escorted us to the property. She was incredibly helpful and continued to check on us throughout our stay. The apartment was very comfortable and well-equipped. Our only regret was that our time there passed so quickly. Away from the Madding Crowd

It is away from the central very hectic area but within easy walking distance of St Marks. A supermarket is nearby and cafes and restaurants are just a minute away. The apartment had all mod cons and we really enjoyed our stay. Daniela was extremely helpful when we managed to lock ourselves out!

Cozy Apartment

We loved our stay, Daniela and Cristina were so helpful and met us at our water bus stop. They provided helpful directions including which water buses to take and provided excellent restaurant recommendations. The apartment itself had everything we needed, iron and ironing board, washing machine and clothes drying rack, towels and bedding, we can’t say enough about this place. The apartment is located in a great area of Venice that we likely would have missed and we’re glad we didn’t. Perfect for after dinner strolls by the water side. Safe and comfortable apartment!

Luxury Peaceful Apartment in the Heart of Venice

This apartment is around the corner from the historic Piazza of the Basilica SS Giovanni e Paolo, in a local neighborhood with everything a tourist needs. The apartment is tucked into a quiet passage with large windows and cross breezes. It is newly renovated, and has every comfort, including a cook’s kitchen, large living and dining area, and beautiful bedroom with a comfortable bed and pillows! Fast WiFi. Romantic decor. Great bathroom. AC/heat and a large fan. Daniela is a super host. I would definitely stay here again.
