ベニスではCPは良いほうではないか！ただ部屋は傾いておりちょっと難あり。しかしフロントの対応等は良く、朝食は早く出発したため無評価

家族連れに最適
家族５人で滞在しました。ダブルベッド１つと、シングルベッド１つ、それにソファーが２つのシングルベッドに変わるので、快適に寝られました。場所は最適で、サンマルコ広場まで徒歩で１５分、駅にも道標を辿って行くと徒歩で１５分で行けます。ただ、ホテルに向かう時は、道標もなく迷い易いので、水上バスの利用をお勧めします。近隣の道は分かりににくく、人一人が通れるような細い道を行くのですが、近くまで行ったら、どこかのお店の人に聞くと良いでしょう。

部屋：泊まった部屋はなぜか斜めに傾いていました。wifiが無料で使えたのは嬉しい。立地：地図は持っていても、相当奥まったところなのでホテルを見つけるのはけっこう難しいかと。朝食：部屋に持ってきてくれます。チェックイン時にリクエスト。味はまあ、普通。総合：ベネチア観光の拠点として、寝に帰るための、便利で安全で、清潔なホテルとして探したので満足しています。ベネチアはホテルの相場も高いらしいので、１泊２人で２万円ならこんなものかと。

観光には便利だけど、たどりつくのが難しい
良い点 ・スタッフはフレンドリーです。 ・部屋もかわいいヨーロッパ調で、広かったです。 ・価格が安いです。 ・サンタルチア駅から水上バスで１５分ほど、近くに市場があり、リアルト橋も近いので、観光には良い場所にあります。 悪い点 ・市場のそばの袋小路の中にあり、場所がわかりにくかったです。地図だけでは行けないです。 ・エレベーターがないので、２階の部屋まで荷物を運ぶのに難儀しました。 ・部屋がほこりっぽいです。タオルが少し臭かったです。菌の匂いではなく、酢のようなすっぱい匂いがしました。 ホテルは泊まるだけのものだと考えている人には問題のないホテルです。階段だけなので、年配の方にはあまりおすすめできません。

This hotel is in a fantastic location, about 3 minute walk from Rialto Bridge! We stayed in a room with 4 single beds. The room was nice as well as a great bathroom. We did find the beds rather hard and the AC stopped working on our third night, so it was very warm in the room. Overall I would stay here again, but for a younger crowd that does not have chronic back pain.

Lo bueno: alojamientos céntrico, cercano a puente Rialto, muchos restaurantes y tiendas cerca. Hotel limpio. Habitación amplia. Lo malo: no hay recepcionista 24/7. Un día no nos hicieron el aseo en la habitación. La habitación 06 es muy ruidosa, si les toca deben rechazarla! Se siente ruido de agua en el techo todo el día y noche que no dejaba dormir. No dejan más confort cuando hacen el aseo en la habitación. La habitación 08 no tiene aire acondicionado, es muy calurosa!.Al abrir las ventanas para que entre aire, solo entra olor a comida porque abajo hay un restaurante. No tienen servicio de desayuno.

Out of all of our stays, this has been the only one that we felt not getting what we'd have expected. Very, very hard to find the place hidden within the little allies/streets of Venice. Called several times to ask directions for over 45mins' late at night, until finally getting front desk answering and came to "pick us up". Room was ok and clean. Room had mosquitos swarming around.

Dear Mr Marcos, We are sorry to know that your stay wasn't pleasant only because it was difficult to find us, but as you saw Venice is very unique as particular with its old and narrow street. It is the satellite signal that does not reach very well the narrow streets, but if you read our directions from our web site or the e-mail that we send to all our guest before their arrival, is very easy to reach the hotel. Venice is surrounded by water and for this reason there are mosquitoes but in every room there is an electronic mosquito machine available.However thank you for your review and best regards.

Excellent location. It is tricky to find, but once you know - it’s easy. Quiet, but handy for Rialto, and right close to Rialto Mercato, and the waterbus stop. Room was big and so was the bathroom. Room was very clean on arrival, and cleaned daily. Reception isn’t always manned, and we had little interactions with them, but when we did, they were friendly. No breakfast but there’s a delightful restaurant a 30 second walk away that does great breakfast and brunch. No lift, and rooms are all upstairs, so would not be ideal for those not mobile or who can’t take their luggage upstairs. No complaints and I would definitely book this hotel again.

Mycket trevligt bemötande! Hotellet är litet och personligt ligger väldigt bra till. Närmaste Vaporettostation är Rialto Mercato. Finns en jättetrevlig restaurang på bron som leder till hotellet, rekommenderas varmt! Gångavstånd till allt.Har ingen frukost men det finns bra alternativ i dess närhet

This was the perfect stay in Venice! Our room was beautiful and very clean. The location is convenient, right on the Grand Canal across from Ca’ d’Oro and next to the Rialto Market. The staff were all friendly and helpful. Highly recommend this locanda.

Estamos muy contentos con este hotel, le he dicho a mi hermano que tiene que ir a venecia y que se quede aquí. Tiene cosillas malas, pero al ser muy barato, se compensa. Por ejemplo, el enchufe de mi lado de la cama no funcionaba, la cisterna tenia una "gota" que caia y por la noche se oía un montón, se oye bastante a las habitaciones de al lado... Pero no cosas muy importante. Pero el servicio es excelente, es todo cómodo, la habitación es grande, la ubicación es genial, el precio está muy bien, y sobre todo, llegamos a las 9:40 y tenian ya lista la habitación, que eso nos salvó el viaje

Ευχάριστο απλό μικρό ξενοδοχείο σε βολική περιοχή
το μεγάλο πλεονέκτημα ήταν η περιοχή. Παρόλο που βρίσκεται κοντά στην αγορά ψαριών, ήταν όλα ευχάριστα με ζωντανή την ατμόσφαιρα της πόλης. Το δωμάτιο μας έβλεπε σε κανάλι, αρκετά ευρύχωρο. Βέβαια, αν οι γείτονες κάνουν φασαρία, ή μιλούν έντονα, ακούγονται τα πάντα, γιατί είναι κάπως παλιά η κατασκευή !! πολύ καθαρό με άνετα κρεβάτια και μπάνιο με απλά βασικά είδη. (λείπουν κάποια κρεμαστάρια για τις βρεγμένες πετσέτες, που λόγω της υγρασίας της πόλης, δεν στέγνωναν ποτέ!) Η υποδοχή ήταν εξαιρετική και μας βοήθησαν σε όλα.

The location was great. TV didnt work, not that we needed one on vacation but in the evening it would of been nice. We dealed with 2 different ppl at the front desk young gentlemen was very helpful. Young lady was just disengaged. We've never slept on a Bed so hard. We had house keeping everyday and that was nice. Yes, we'd stay there again but hopefully we wouldn't have the torture of the dripping toilet and a more comfortable mattress.
