The hotel is perfectly located within walking distance of San Marco and Rialto. Every member of the hotel staff we met were friendly and ready to help or answer questions. Our room was comfortable and quiet and a great place to relax for awhile during a busy day exploring Venice.
Staff is excellent and helped a ton with our ways to get to our tour destinations with the local public transportation. Hotel is decent and cleaned well daily.
Very friendly staff, a pleasure to deal with. Majority of amenities are next door in Bella Venezia. But it's very convenient. breakfast was delicious and the location is wonderful.
The hotel is part of another hotel very close by. So check-in/out is at a different location as is breakfast. Not a big deal, just not used to that. Staff were very friendly!

Average hotel experience, good location, good breakfast and friendly staff.
Less then 5 minutes walk from everything one wants to see in Venice.

Dear Ronnie, we thank you for for taking the time to review your stay at our Hotel San Luca and we regret reading that your experience didn't meet your expectations. Regarding the room we have different type of rooms with relative size. You booked the "economy" room which is the basic but we have also bigger rooms if booked. We sincerely hope that this experience will not permanently affect your faith in our Hotel which we will be delighted to restore and that we will have an opportunity to welcoming you back in the future. Best regards, Chiara - Guest Relations - Hotel San Luca
Authentic Venice apartment. Great for family of 4 and close to St. Marks square. Suggest an early morning walk to enjoy without the crowds! Water bus close by, bit of a walk if you’re walking in from train station.
Nice boutique hotel. Gorgeous tile bathroom and hallway. Very friendly staff. Great location for Rialto Bridge and St Marks square. Cute clean fresh rooms. Nice central coffee machine 24/7.

We was surprise we need to check in, take breakfast, and check out in a different hotel. The original hotel had a very bad smell when You open de main entrance door, however the room was ok. I did not anderestand why, maybe the carpet was wet sometime.
A really great breakfast with a very large number of choices was available for €10. The rooms in the annex are very cute and well appointed. Ours had a great view of one of the small canals if you stuck your head out the window. This was great although on one morning there was a rather noisy boat delivery of materials. But it was also neat to see the workings of the city. It’s very convenient to St Mark’s square and the Rialto bridge.
I was very pleased with this location and property. Great location, clean, and quiet. April was extremely helpful and kind. The service was a 10/10. Thank you April for your help. Will definitely stay at this location next time I go to Venice.
Very old hotel which needs upgrading. Booking does not mention there are SEVERAL hotels managed by same company dotted around the area. On the first day I was given a different room to the one I booked it was dark small and very smelly with mould in the standing shower. After speaking to the hotel manager for some time she then moved us to another room for the first night temporarily and found us another room for the remainder of our trip. Our final room was big but again quite old. Hotel cleaning staff are very polite and hardworking and a do a very good job in keeping the rooms tidy. Do your research before you book this hotel
Great central location. Staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast buffet was excellent, with an unusually wide choice of 'continental' and 'cooked breakfast' items.
Tea/coffee at the San Luca was in a common area, but sadly the coffee machine wasn't working - hopefully now fixed!
Convenient access to St. Marks Square. Colorful decorated room. A bit noisy at night from people on the street below. Bed was hard and could use a mattress topper. Staff was excellent and very helpful!
We loved our stay in Venezia (Venice) … the hotel is centrally located to lots of restaurants and lots of good shopping areas … from high end to normal. Even though we were in a central location we couldn’t here any of the street noise … and we were able to get a good nights rest.
Check in was very smooth, woman at front desk was very personable! Hotel was extremely clean, quiet, awesome location! Coffee readily available all day!!

I didn’t realize there were so many stairs to the apartment. I was traveling with mobility impaired people and it was a problem. The apartment was ok, but it could have been cleaner. We accidentally left our passports and when we realized it, we called the night clerk who was extremely rude and screamed at my sister. The next day we traveled from Rome to retrieve the passports and Kiara was absolutely lovely. She had us check to see that the contents were accounted for and served us cappuccino. She really made up for the nastiness of the night clerk. She needs to be the face of this hotel.
Hotel San Luca is in a perfect location on a side street very close to the Rialto Bridge vaporetto ferry stop making quick access to other parts of Venice. Room was extremely comfortable, clean and fit the feel that goes with Venice. We will definitely look for Hotel San Luca in our next visit to this amazing and unique city!

Perfunctory cleaning, left dirty cups and missed cleaning dustbins on some days. Broken remote. Upsell pressure from moment we arrived. Overpriced.
