I should have read the one-star reviews before booking. DO NOT STAY HERE.
While a beautiful hotel inside, the hotel does not provide the amenities promised and makes it almost impossible to receive resolution to an issue. There is no one available to help you in person during your stay. The hotel has an air conditioner but fully turns off their air conditioning system throughout the hotel and does not provide any other method for air circulation. When I asked for help, a fan, anything, the hotel responds via WhatsApp - 6 hours later - and says "everything is working".
The hotel's air conditioner might "WORK" but it is not "ON", and it cannot be used. I don't care if it works as a system. If it doesn't work for me - the guest, then it doesn't matter. False advertising. Their solution - They say "open a window".
In October 2022 - it's still 65-70 degrees at night, the wind speeds are low, and mosquitoes ate me alive. I didn't sleep the entire time I was there, effectively ruining my trip to Venice.
Also - waste of money. I reserved a junior suite with a balcony. The balcony is too small for anything other than standing. Cannot fit chairs. Balcony overlooks abandoned courtyard fully in disrepair.
Difficult to locate on Google Maps. Got lost trying to find the hotel as the location provided is of a parking garage - on the other side of a canal. You need to be very aware of your surroundings and potential ways throughout the maze of Venice to get actually find the hotel.
