Apartment located in the historic centre, just 5 minutes' walk from Rialto Bridge and 10 minutes from St. Mark's Square. Despite the central area, the apartment is situated away from tourist traffic and therefore in a very quiet zone. The apartment consists of a living area with complete kitchen, dining table and sofa bed, one double bedroom and a bathroom with shower. First floor with lift. Upon request, 2 additional sleeping places (sofa bed). Maximum capacity 4 people. Upon arrival, you will be welcomed by our staff. Check-in time: from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM. Arrivals between 8:00 PM and 11:00 PM incur an additional cost of €50 (to be paid in cash upon arrival). Check-in after 11:00 PM can only be arranged upon request, with adequate notice.

It was a very nice apartment. Everything was as described except the internet frequently was unavailable. The shower was super nice—both wand and rain, nice pressure and temperature, but there was no shelf for soaps and shampoos. The bidet was a very nice touch. Also, the floor was a bit slippery. Very comfortable bed and linens, and spacious layout throughout. Clean and comfortable 😊
