The Sakura room has a musky smell when we first entered. The furnishings are a little tired, but the beds are comfortable enough. The one thing we really liked was the dinner. A creative fusion of japanese-western.

Overall great stay
Dinner/breakfast was great. The room came with a private bathtub overlooking the river outside. There is a cherry blossom tree right outside so I’d love to come back during the its season. I bet the view from the bathtub would be amazing. The room was a little old than expected but overall, it was a great stay.

Excellent Place to Relax
The hotel is amazing, the food is good and the service is excellent. We went there by bus and they do provide pick up service (though there is only 15 mins walk at maximum to the hotel from bus stop) But there is not much to visit nearby... We expected to spend the whole afternoon there but turn out we got nothing to do after walking the tourist area for 1-2 hrs....

Riverfront Stay ONSEN destination
It was an interesting design of room. But we had a natuural hotspring onsen CEDAR tub in room. So refreshing to soak in it. Great japanese dinner and breakfast included.

Food, kindness, comfortable, cleanliness, location and family bath were all good. One disappointment is that there is no elevator going up to the 2nd floor accommodation. So, it is dangerous for old man like me to go up and down with heavy luggage.

新婚旅行兼ねての旅行でした。 食事の最後にささやかなお祝いで手書きのメッセージカードまでいただいて本当に嬉しかったです。 スタッフどの方も笑顔で快く対応してくださいました。夜間に割り箸を部屋まで持ってきてくださるなど細やかな対応もしてくださりありがとうございました。 お部屋も清潔感あり、貸切風呂や大浴場も清潔でした！料理に関しても夫のアレルギーを伝えると別メニューで対応して下さり毎食楽しみでした。特に魚の煮付けが絶品でした。 また必ず泊まりたいです。ありがとうございました。

Comfortable stay but unsatisfactory onsen.
The staff were super helpful and friendly. The dinner and breakfast were very delicate and delicious. The only downside is that the onsen was of poor quality, as there was only one small public pool for men. The space is very tiny and the amenities are not up to standard.

温泉や岩盤浴など館内でゆっくりくつろぐことができて、とても良かったです。料理も個室でゆっくりいただくことができ大満足でした。鯛の刺身を岩塩とレモンでいただくと言う今までに無い食べ方で美味しかったです。

잘 쉬다 갑니다~!
2박을 하는동안 편안하게 잘 지내다왔습니다. 보들보들한 물이 나오는 온천장도 좋았고, 아침&저녁 식사도 맛있었고, 무엇보다 직원분들이 친절해서 좋았어요. 아! 연세있으신 어른들과 함께하는 여행이라 높은계단, 어른들이 이해하기 어려운 안내표시가 좀 있긴했어도 만족도가 높았어요! 다시 묶고 싶네요~!

食事は最悪。美味しくない。豆腐ばっかりだし、メインの肉は豚鶏牛一緒に調理してて佐賀牛の良さなし。 素人料理か？ 部屋はカビ臭くて、乾燥してて喉痛くなりました。 嬉野は温泉はいいですね。

どうなんでしょう？
僕ら70過過ぎと65才過ぎの夫婦の宿泊でした。総じてゆったりとした楽しい時間を過ごす事ができました。が、気になった事ですが、同時に部屋へ移動するに老人と若夫婦の家族がいました。　が、階段の勾配がきつく上るのにお年寄りには大変だと思いました、下りは尚更です。　小生らも老夫婦ですので気になりました（比較的元気な僕らの夫婦では？平気でしたが）。　また部屋のお風呂快適でした、が１m近くある風呂桶の高さ、50cm近くの踏み台（風呂桶内にも同等の踏み台がありましたが、桶内の踏み台はグラグラでした）は若い人は平気かも知れませんがちょっと気になりました（老人はそんなに足を上げる事は難しい）。　周りの環境は最高で桜の季節でもあり一生分の桜を愛でることが出来ました。　色んな環境が素晴らしっかただけにもう少し老人への気配りをお願いします。 それと ロビーでの説明は概ね満足してますが、非常口の説明が全く無かった事が気にかかりました。　比較的小ぢんまりとした旅館ですので動線は少ないと思いますが（災害時に逃げる動線も無い？）不安に思いました。 大きな災難にならないようお願いします。

お正月に伺いました。
今年のお正月に家族で利用させていただきました。 お出迎えにご案内、食事サービスやバーカウンター等、携わってくださったスタッフの皆様の対応がとても良く心地よかったです。 そして、岩盤浴や足浴もあり、施設内で楽しめる要素もあり退屈しませんでした。 食事も美味でした。 また宿泊したいと思いました。

娘との旅行にて利用しました。お値段を上回るようなサービスとお料理で大変満足しました。 スタッフの方々のおもてなしの心が目に見えて伝わってきてとても気持ちよく過ごせました。 お料理も一つ一つが本当に丁寧で、作り手の気持ちが伝わるほどです。朝ごはんには感動しました。とても満足なお料理です。お部屋やお風呂もお掃除が行き届いており、清潔感があります。 必ずリピートしたいお宿です。 みんなにおすすめしたいです。

良かった点は、温泉と食事です。大満足でした。悪かった点は、施設内がバリアフリーではなかったことです。高齢の年寄りにはエレベーターは必須だと思います。階段も急でした。段差があちこちにあります。高齢者には不向きだと感じます。施設設備が改善されたら、またぜひ利用したい宿でした。

추울때 별관 빌라에서 본관 까지 가려면 힘듬. 식사나 온천때마다 많이 걸어야 함. 음식이나 다른 서어비스는 훌륭함.
