The hotel service is completely non existence. THE ELEVATOR IS BROKEN AND NEEDS TO BE FIXED ASAP. The staff has complely ignored all request to fix a problem of a non working phone. I was told it was a non smoking hotel and all the hallways smelled of smoke and weed. I told the front desk my phone did not work and they insisted that the problem was me and did nothing ... i will not go back and i am completely unsatisfied with my stay. The bathrooms are kept in a unsanitary and unsafe condition. Rust was seen on my bathroom tub. DO NOT RECOMEND ANDMYONE TO STAY. UNLESS YOU WANNA BE ROBBED OF YOUR MONEY AND PATIENCE.

The front desk lady was very personable and made my daughter and me feel very comfortable and homey during check-in. I appreciate her spirit. She showed us so much love. I didn’t have any towels in my room and when I tried to call the front desk the line was busy. The tub was rusted pretty bad and the fan in my bathroom would not turn off.

Room was infested with flies and gnats, front desk gave me a can of Lysol to spray and it didn’t help at all. I had to buy fly spray with only out a bandaid on the problem because I didn’t know where the infestation was coming from. Tub had mold and rust
