Abbiamo avuto un disaccordo con la receptionist riguardo al parcheggio, in quanto al momento della prenotazione sul sito non era chiaro che dovesse essere pagato a parte, quindi vale la pena prestare attenzione, in quanto ho cercato un alloggio proprio a causa del parcheggio. Per il resto ok, struttura vecchia, ma tutto pulito.

Hôtel un peu âgé, mais propre. Le personnel parlé peu anglais, mais ils sont très gentils et accueillants.

Great location for sightseeing and dining. Great Italian feel to the hotel. Parking was fabulous as there is no parking in the area. Well worth €18 per day. Piazza restaurants nearby and very close to the Shroud Museum. Breakfast included is a plus. The night receptionist man could do with an attitude adjustment. The rest of the staff were great and pleasant.

Très déçue
Très déçue par l’hôtel. Vestuste, la propreté n’était pas là, pour se garer il faut aller dans la rue, s’il y a des place et particulièrement cher. Pas de couette mais des couvertures. Pas de place pour ses affaires dans la salle de bain. Personnel à peine sympathique.

Decisamente non ci siamo. Alloggio in famiglia negli appartamenti nel cortile di fianco all'hotel. appartamento datato, ma ristrutturato e di per se abbastanza carino, riscaldamento non sufficiente, dalle 23 alle 7 di mattina vengono spenti i termosifoni . Pulizia scarsa, abbiamo trovato il wc non pulito, copriletti macchiati e lenzuola datate e consumate, oltre alle porte piene di ditate, per il resto.... chiudo un occhio. Intendevo salvare la colazione, di per se abbastanza variegata e abbondante, invece per chiudere la mini vacanza ci sono stati serviti due cappuccini quasi freddi. Rammento che non sono abituato a nascondermi dietro la tastiera, il tutto è stato fatto presente in fase di checkout, dall'altra parte del bancone scarso Interesse e nemmeno le scuse formali. D'altronde per cortesia e cura dei dettagli, siamo al minimo sindacale. Esperienza da non ripetere e sconsiglio la struttura.

Wouldn’t stay again
Value for money was ok considering this is a city centre hotel but the hotel was very dated and in need of an uplift. Furniture in room room was cheap value and looked like it was purchased in The 1970’s. Real fast was very poor, no eggs, cheeses or meats. Basically just a choice of a few pastries that didn’t look very appetizing, yogurt, small bread rolls and jam. Had a bread roll which I would guess from texture and taste must have been a week old.

Personale molto cortese, albergo vicino alla via principale che porta a piazza Castello, la piazza principale di Torino. Colazione buona, dolce e salato a disposizione dei clienti. Possibilità di alloggiare anche in piccoli appartementi funzionali.

Ottimo rapporto qualità-prezzo per un hotel con tutto quello che serve: letto comodo, persiane perfettamente chiudibili per il massimo buio, letti molto confortevoli, bagno stretto ma con una doccia spaziosa e dal getto potente. Colazione semplice, ma molto buona. Menzione speciale per il caffè. Consigliatissimo

Hôtel idéalement situé
Hôtel au charme ancien, très propre. Nous pensions avoir une chambre familiale et nous avons eu un petit appartement donc plutôt une bonne surprise ! Nous avons passé un agréable séjour dans cet hôtel, idéalement situé pour accéder à pied au centre, pour se rendre à la gare ou pour prendre les transports en commun. Excellent rapport qualité / prix !

Excelente hotel. Cerca de todo. Se puede caminar a los alrededores y encontrar hermosas construcciones, esculturas y restaurantes. El hotel ofrece desayuno con muchas opciones.

Hotel propre, pratique, bien placé, tres bon accueil, patron super sympa... Bémol... Le bruit nous etions en appartement au dessus dun bar... Tres bruyant et osolation phonique mauvaise. Pas de chance. Sinon top pour une nuit avec enfants. P'tit dej simole mais copieux

posizione buona non lontana dal centro e dai luoghi di interesse. camera pulita e colazione discretamente soddisfacente. Unico problema l'ho riscontrato con la vasca-doccia, molto alta, scomoda da utilizzare e, a mio parere pericolosa in quanto si rischia di scivolare nell'entrere e uscire dalla stessa. Però il personale, molto disponibile, alla mia richiesta di un tappetino antiscivolo ha provveduto procurandomi un ulteriore asciugamano da utilizzare nella doccia.

Just value!
I have booked there two times, the room is quiet and clear, the staffs are so helpful, the internet is good at the first floor but isn´t good at the second floor. The breakfast is so so, there are croissant, a hot drink and juice. The hotel are near the restaurants, shops, supermarket and others.

Eu gostei muito do atendimento que recebi nesse hotel, quarto limpo e com espaço razoável pelo que paguei, café da manhã um tanto fraco, croissant, uma bebida quente e um suco basicamente, internet boa no primeiro andar e péssima no segundo. Localização excelente, eu reservei 2 vezes esse hotel e só não voltei porque o preço aumentou em 15% no site.
