This hotel is perfectly located next to plenty of restaurants and shopping center all located right across the street. When I got there the room that they originally put me in was way too small for two people so they upgraded me to a one bedroom suite for no additional charge. Suite was very spacious

While the hotel was fine, there were some oddities:
1. No towel racks in the bathroom.
2. No soap for the tub.
3. Bar was advertized to be open, but nobody was there.

We are growing fond of all the La Quinta properties we have stayed at in the past few years. All have been clean and up-to-date. And when we had our dog with us it was nice that he could stay in the room.

Pros: Shuttle to Hard Rock was useful. Room and everything in it was clean. Good, free breakfast. Bar and pool have potential if that’s up your alley.
Cons: Walls were razor thin - I could hear the person in the room attached to mine snoring & someone in the other room attached to mine yelling belligerently at 3 AM. The elevator didn’t work for half a day and was a bit sketchy the whole time. Also, the public restrooms by the pool were incredibly dirty and left a bad impression on an otherwise decent stay.

Parking is horrible. Be prepared to park at a nearby business rather than park in the hotel parking lot that has security surveillance. There were 3 different trucks and trailers / 18 wheelers that were parked parallel across 5-6 parking spots occupying well over 15 parking spots for just 3 vehicles. This was a nightly issue and when brought to the attention of staff by multiple paying customers we were all told we could park at a nearby local business. We all expressed our concerns of the security and possibility of our vehicle being broken into and that we rented the room from La Quinta not the local business. We all felt that the people that were occupying multiple spots for only one vehicle should be asked to move, not multiple other paying customers. We were all told it’s always like this and there was nothing they could or would do about it and to park elsewhere. Very poor customer service.

The room we were given had bed bugs, there was one right on the sheets. they did accommodate us in a different room but it was disgusting.

The elevator was vandalized by a guest and we are having to wait on parts for it. We started putting people in rooms on the lowest floor and moving up. We were almost sold out this weekend. This property is very convenient to lots of places to eat and very close to the I 44, And its only about 12 minutes to downtown.

Customer service was poor when cking in. Bar wasnt open front desk said bartender didnt show up. Breakfast was decent. When we ckd in we went to room didnt take bags yet but left a plant when ckd out realized we forget plant hotel couldnt help with missing plant

The hotel keys had to be reset constantly. They would not work. One of the clerks stated cell phones shouldn’t be near them but we did not have them near our phones. The bar is not open as advertised. We had asked for our room to be cleaned and fresh towels but we returned to the room that night and neither was done. The breakfast was so so. The sausage links were not browned and the potatoes were were undercooked. Also you need a stepladder to get into the bed .

This hotel is right across the street from the Hard Rock Hotel and Casino. We literally walked to the casino safely using the traffic lights and walk signals. Fast food dining is immediately available in walking distance from the hotel as is a Walgreens and other businesses. We would definitely stay there again.
