Villa directly on the beach

A Mediterranean-style villa near to Balestrate (PA) at only 40 km from Palermo.
Its position enjoys a splendid view of the Gulf of Castellammare.
The hospitality is provided by three comfortable apartments.
Each apartment has direct access to the beach, private parking and comfotable terrace to enjoy lunches or dinners outside.

Each apartment is fully equipped and furnished.

Our rentals include: linen, towels, and final cleaning ad wi-fi.
Extras on demand: middleweek clenaing or linen change.

At arrival we will ask a caoutional deposit of € 200 in cash.

Gorgeous location

Two adult couples, stayed for 2 weeks. Waterfront property on the sea. Exactly like pictures. We used larger bedrooms to sleep and smaller bedrooms as ‘closets’ 2 bedrooms upstairs, 2 bedrooms downstairs, 2 full bathrooms on each level. Kitchen was stocked with goodies on our arrival. The outdoor seating and eating areas were fantastic and used daily. We were able to secure everything we needed for our stay through the owners, rental car, excursions as well as transfer to and from airport. Top notch communication via WhatsApp. Would definitely recommend staying here. There is nothing like falling asleep and waking up next to the sea, the beach was amazing. Thank you for making our Sicily trip amazing.
