Well maintained if not somewhat dated property. Rooms could be improved, for example there was lime on the tap in the sink. Staff were friendly, breakfast was a good selection with tatsy options. Pool was clean and made use of it (20 dinar refundable charge for renting towels). Lots of shops nearby to buy food or drinks.

It was great staying at this resort. The staff was amicable and nice. However, I think the hotel requires some renovation and especially new towels :-)

One of the best hotels I have stayed in. A MUST stay if you are in Tozeur I would definitely stay here again. The staff were all very friendly and catered to all our needs.

Excellent indoor pool/ Amazing staff
The hotel has an excellent architecture. The staff are all very friendly and cheerful unfortunately the fact that there’s no wifi in the rooms has disappointed my children who had to spend most of the time in the vicinity of the reception hall.

Very friendly staff.room was perfectly cleaned and furnished, plenty of room. Lobby was immaculate. Appreciated the real palm beach atmosphere, tres and water falls. The sound of water was soothing. Seating area very nice. Plenty of choices in the free bfast buffet. Overall excellent value for the price.

Horrible!
The owner/manager of this hotel know they're closing it very soon, that's why nobody cares! The following is what my wife, my 3 years old, and I experienced during our one week stay: no air conditioning (in an outside temperature of 130 Fahrenheit) in the whole hotel, expect in our room, and even in the room they had to switch us to another room (which was really inconvenient as we had a baby with us!), and even then we could still literally sweat in our room in spite of the AC being in ZERO degree! We had to wait more than 15 minutes for someone to open the outside gate for us to get in the hotel on our 2nd night there. It was only 1:30 AM, and I had to get out of my car and open the gate myself, after I called the reception twice and no one answered!!! I believe everybody was asleep! How safe was that?! They turn all lights off after 10 or 11 PM, and when we asked why, they said they were cutting on electricity consumption!! I paid you, people, for that and now you want me to go swim in the dark?! My overall experience was horrible, and I couldn't wait to get the heck out of there!

Very nice hotel with many FLIES
This hotel as kind of expensive hotel in Tunisia, room and facility look very nice. BUT! I can never accept dining room with many flies. Dinner buffet is almost 50 USD per person (very expensive in Tunisia) but I could eat only few because I could see many flies on my food. Flies means dining room is never clean. Don't go there unless you are okay with food with flies

L’hôtel est vraiment beau et le personnel est au petit soin La piscine extérieure est immense mais gelée. Mais il y a une piscine intérieure chauffée donc top Petit bémol sur le choix de mets proposés pour le petit déjeuner ! Si vous devez dîner sur place, préférez le buffet au restaurant (plus de choix local)

Wir wurden sehr herzlich empfangen und es wurde sich um uns gekümmert. Preis/Leistung ist sehr gut, gemessen an den hiesigen Standards ist das Hotel sehr umweltfreundlich. Das Essen war vielfälltig und sehr lecker, leider wurden die Getränkepreise nicht mitgeteilt. Da wir Offseason reisten, hatten wir Ruhe und konnten Spa/Hamam richtig genießen. Das vorhandene Publikum war seeehr.... "vielfälltig".
