This renovated Auvergne house, located in a mountain hamlet overlooking the valley in the heart of the Auvergne Volcanoes Natural Park at 900 m above sea level, welcomes you for a peaceful stay while offering a wide choice of activities nearby. : hiking, sports (swimming pool, mountain biking, horse riding, skiing ...), visit of castles and sites (waterfalls, Plomb du Cantal and Puy Mary, medieval towns, summer and winter resort of Super Lioran ...) . See photos all taken within a 15 km radius.
You will find on the ground floor: wc, kitchen (induction, oven, dishwasher, washing machine, fridge with freezing, microwave, coffee machine ...), living room (TV, fireplace, library) and dining room opening onto the terrace (garden furniture, barbecue).
On the 1st floor: bathroom, wc, 1 bedroom with 160 cm bed and 1 bedroom with 3 90 cm beds. Plenty of storage.

Authentic Cantal house
Very beautiful area. House lovely and quiet and wonderful location. Clean and comfortable, lovely open fireplace and wood available. Great terrace overlooking countryside. Owner very attentive and friendly. Provided lots of information on the area.

Cadre idéal pour passer quelques jours de repos loin de l’agitation du monde. La région est magnifique, les paysages superbes et les gens charmant. Le gîte est simple et fonctionnel. Nous avons été très bien accueillis par Mr Clermont qui aime sa maison et cela se voit. Il est aux petits soins et aime sa région. C’est très agréable. Nous y retournerons avec grand plaisir.

Petite maison près des pistes
Nous avons passé un bon séjour avec une proximité des stations de ski très appréciable. La maison est un peu vétuste mais fait très bien l'affaire. A noter que le système de chauffage n'est très performant et que l'electricite est en sus du séjour... Mais la cheminée nous a beaucoup aide.

Dans de très nombreux détails on voit que l'hôte a tout fait pour que tout soit agréable des le début et que rien ne manque. dans bcp de gite il faut vite faire des course pour combler ce qui manque (produit entretiens papier etc) là rien ne manque jusque la descente de bain, les torchons etc, on sens un réel désir de bien accueillir et cela rassuredés le depart. vraiment tout impecable

Repos au son des cloches
La maison est en fin de chemin et offre calme dans ce joli hameau typique. Pas de circulation à proximité. Les environs directs offrent de jolies promenades comme décrites dans l'annonce. C'est une belle vallée offrant de jolis paysages chaotiques et variés. Une piscine municipale est accessible en été sur Vic/Cère à quelques kilomètres ainsi qu'une médiathèque à laquelle vous pouvez vous inscrire (propose aussi des jeux et beaucoup de livres sur la région). Nombreux marchés et commerces. La maison offre tout le confort nécessaire et Monsieur Clermont est avenant et présent pour toute question venant à se présenter lors de votre séjour. Bonne continuation!

Jolie maison typique et superbe vue. On entend seulement les cloches des vaches salers...calme assuré. La route d'accès est étroite à la fin mais peu de monde circule, donc pas de problème. La location est vraiment bien située près des principaux sites touristiques et l'accueil parfait. Catherine B

Un accueil chaleureux dans un cadre authentique et familial. Parfait pour ceux qui souhaitent se retrouver au calme, dans un magnifique cadre verdoyant. Attention simplement à la consommation d'électricité qui est facturée en sus. Les radiateurs sont assez gourmands. Sinon à recommander, sans problème.
