「The staff were all friendly and welcoming, the room was clean, but the food really stood out, we opted for half board, lots of breakfast options available, a large selection of smoothies and juices, the food in the evening was always warm, with lots of good choice available, the cocktails were very well made in the lounge area. We booked it as THB Hotel but it's a BE LIVE Hotel, signage Infront is limited. Easy access to the beach/promenade Shops and restaurants close by (many still closed in May) Rooms are ok, the shower room could do with a redesign. Stub your toe on the door stop, have to stand in the shower to open the door. Rooms are clean and towels changed when...

「The only let down was the evening bar staff. They were always busy which lead to them being rather grumpy. I travelled with 2 infirm adults but I was only allowed to get 2 drinks and had to re-queue again to get my own. 」
