Staff were all super friendly, Breakfast was amazing, Daniel our server went above and beyond. We also got upgraded rooms no extra charge. These rooms are so quaint and peaceful, Loved the fire place. Only thing is water pressure is very low and the bathroom water pipes in the shower screeched the whole time but other than that was a great stay! Can’t wait to go back!

The bathrooms in two different rooms were in bad shape… plywood cut and put around the toilet (room 102) broken tile and falling out grout in the “ upgraded” bathroom! Would never stay there again!

The outside appearance looked very nice and the courtyard was beautiful. However, the room was very old feeling, the carpet was stained and old. The bed was unlevel, the room was dirty and there were dead bugs in the corners. The whole room lighting was terrible. The toilet was not attached to the floor. We will not be staying there again.

Sagebrush is a great place to listen to live music and have a few drinks. But the room sucked. Lights flickering, holes in walls. Holes in bathroom. Stained floors. Pool wasnt heated.. contractors trailer got broken into. staff was great though.

Clean and really comfortable bed, convenient location. The band was pretty loud at the restaurant at night but ear plugs help with that. Would stay again.

This place needs a few bucks put in it. My sliding door to the patio was broken, wouldn't slide, and had dog snots all over the glass from the previous renter. Also, there were towels on the ground outside, where someone was digging a hole, and left it there. Looked for days. The restaurant was decent, and the bartender Craig was fun, and the food decent. If I was the owner, I would hire a maintenance guy to paint and repair. He would have a life long job. Not what is in the pictures. Checked out in the morning.

The staff at Sagebrush Inn and Suites were helpful, knowledgeable, friendly, and responsive. Whether it was the need for an extra towel or a recommendation for dinner, they were great. The breakfast choices were delish, the evening bartenders really good, and the food and entertainment in the evenings were very enjoyable. There was a family feel you don't get in a chain property. The walls in the buildings outside the main one are thin, but the front desk and security guard were immediately responsive when we had noisy neighbors after 10pm.

Nice property for the price. Comfortable but a few issues. Tub drain needed Drain-o and several AC sockets were un-useable. Maintenance seemed a little lacking.

Love that I was able to use the fireplace. Didn’t like that microwave was not working, there were no extra linens, no extra toilet paper other than what was being used already, and tv was small.

I received an upgraded room that was superior--with a kiva fireplace, sitting area and small terrace. The hotel pool, however, was closed (like for weeks) for cleaning.

We were looking forward to hot tub and pool which were down. Interesting set up. May try again when ammenities are up. A bit loud being all together with bar and parking sometimes issue. Cute rooms, more pillows needed.

Very out dated. This is not something I would ever book again. The first room the toilet was leaking everywher including the wall. They did move us which was nice but never again. It has had no updating.

Loved the old historic feel. Over all was pretty nice. Only complaint about room was the one light switch for bathroom and infront of bathroom sink. Made it hard for going to the bathroom in the middle of the night and not waking my husband up as I could not see or turn the light on as it would of shined in his face. Coffee pot was dirty and did not brew hot coffee. Did not get told where dining area was so we assumed the dining area was where the bar was. Loved the music but was TOO loud for dining. We discovered the dining room after our dinner in bar which was a bit stressful due to the loudness of music. Waitress was nice but seemed very unexperienced and overwhelmed. Not the worst experience I would go back.

The room was run down very old . We stayed at the sagebrush before and we had a room that was nice . This room they gave me was terrible. The coffee pot was dirty I had to clean it before I can use it . The bathroom was nasty. It was a horrible night .

It's a good place to stay when you are up in Taos. The propery could use some renovations. It's starting to look worn. I noticed the lights in the bar needed some dusting. Food quality was okay. Waitstaff and bartender were great. I could hear the person staying above us walking around all evening.

The place is terribly old and dirty. We moved the bed and besides tons of dust we found some used needles from a junkie ..! You can tell they don’t clean the rooms properly. The staff is basically absent ! You’re totally on your own! We cleaned the pool ourselves and housekeeping is only on request .. for the same price there are plenty of options .. don’t go for this one !

We stayed at Sagebrush Inn for a youth hockey tournament. Everyone was very kind and attentive. We had an executive suite, and while the room was outdated, it was a nice big room. Great stay overall.

Large room with a working fireplace. Close to the town of Taos with great restaurants and about 30 minutes from Taos Ski Valley. Restaurant food was very good and great service. We were very happy with our stay here and the skiing at Taos.
