Great customer service.

Beautiful clean hotel - lovely design and furniture throughout. Very large rooms, ok breakfast. Liked that bottled water was provided and water plentiful around the hotel. Afternoon tea was a nice treat in the afternoons. Great location - easy to walk everywhere. Only complaints would be the room always smelt musky - like it needed fresh air. And the hotel is next to an event space so it can be loud in the evenings from the event music and from event staff packing up after the event. During our stay there were 2 events on. Overall, I would recommend.

Its lovely but note: - very little information is given at check in about bars/facilities/features of the hotel - the victory suites do not allow access to the heritage pool, nor access to the club suite, none of which was intimated anywhere when booking nor on the hotel's own website/literature. We asked to upgrade when we found this and got a flat refusal - the victory pool while lovely has steps into it the last one being about 18 2 feet abovethe pool floor. If you are elderly or got good on your feet, you will struggle - some areas could do with TLC, e.g the wondows in Planters Bar needed a wash and the outside tables were grubby

It is located in a walkable distance to attractions such as the night market, local souvenir stores and cafe. Check in was very slow. The breakfast buffet had a huge selection of foods but the crowd was very large. There were too many people getting foods and the staff couldn't replenish the food fast enough. The staff was excellent and they always did their best. We had three people staying in a room and the staff came to put down bed sheets and comforter on the day bed for us upon request.
