The home was Built in 1964 and has been recently remodeled inside and out, from top to bottom,
with new flooring, new kitchen cabinets with granite countertops, and a marble tile shower/tub combination. The tub is a whirlpool jet model with 8 jet sprays! The outside hosts a gas grill, and a patio table with chairs.

All bedrooms have brand-new beds, mattresses, bedding sets, dressers, and nightstands. All rooms are cozy but designed cosmetically differently with dark shades and modern-style decorations.

A decorative living room with customized lighting, housing a huge Smart TV, and a variety of games.

The kitchen includes a stove, microwave, fridge/freezer, and a Keurig machine.

There is alos video surveillance on the exterior of the house.

My friends and I stayed here for one night after attending a concert at the Amalie Arena, and it was the perfect place to stay. Very clean and had so much space for us. It was also conveniently located near a lot of places to eat. I would stay here again if in the area!

The new amenities were great! We were looking for somewhere to stay that wasn’t too pricy but still not a bad place this was perfect for us. The renovations made the interior look awesome! For sure would stay there again!

Location was excellent!! Could go most places without being affected by traffic on Interstates. Yard was a bit of a mess, but we were not there to spend outside time. Linens and towels clean and fragrant We will come again. Thank you

Very beautiful home. Me and my friends flew in a day early and needed a place to stay for a night, absolutely beautiful home. Love the lights. Super comfy beds. Very comfortable place to stay! There were no issues with Communication

I had to cancel part of my stay due to a family health issue and Nichol was able to give me a partial refund after being able to rebook the property for some of that time. They did not have to do that but it was much appreciated! Very nice people!!

Wonderful stay in cosy house. 2 twin beds in 1 room, nice large beds in 2 of the other rooms. Nice shower with 2 shower heads, 1 on each side. Well stocked refrigerator with plenty of bottled water. Coffee maker ready to go. A place out back to chill around a fire, if you're so inclined. Quiet neighborhood, safe surroundings. Pleasant stay!

Overall good. If not specifically mentioned, then it was ok. No dish cloth. Rooms for 6 people, but only 4 chairs. Backyard looks like a junkyard, could be better. Overall Cleanliness is ok, but could be better (glasses, dishes), could change the cleaning sponge (kitchen) after guests leave. Well located, could reach a lot of stores quickly.

We stayed at the propery overnight before a cruise. The house was well set up with a very impressive tv/lightning set up. We watched the big game in the living room, and all I can say is wow! The tv was so big and the lights changed color with the colors on the tv. The rooms were set up nicely and the beds comfortable. We would definitely stay here again and for longer next time we visit Tampa.

The property is nice but there is a huge ant problem that needs addressed! Poor and super slow communication from the property manager. No washer and dryer was accessible so I can't confirm there was even one there. The ants were so bad I had to go buy product to spray in order to not have ants all in my luggage, which did happen as we had to shake them out. I understand that ants can get crazy in Florida but I stayed at a different location just a few miles away and had no ants. The area is not too bad nor would I call it good. No issues just an older neighborhood with sketchy people walking around and about. Good for adults but if you have children, I would not stay at this location. Just don't take the chance. The AC sucked as well! Had trouble accessing the internet to where I had to go find the modem & router and locate the WIFI password, luckily I know how to do such things. Property manger took way too long to respond to stuff... way... too.... long!!! The inside is nice, had everything I needed regarding dishes and towels.
