Great Place - Great Host
Great place overall. Looks like the area is going through gentrification and this is one of the new properties they have placed. With that I never felt unsafe or there were any issues, we woke up every morning at 5AM and ran down to the waterway since it is right next to downtown. The owner of this property is great with communication and easy to work with. Recommend the property highly.

Perfect for family fun
Our extended family stayed here for Thanksgiving. House perfect for large families and the kitchen is very well equipped and stocked for cooking. Neighborhood is slightly in transition but totally safe and super close to everywhere you’d want to be in Tampa.

Great Large New Home
This house is very large and brand new. It’s in a gentrifying neighborhood that is very convenient to downtown Tampa. There are three new houses on the street and the rest are old so sometimes the neighbors seem a little bit intimidating but this stay was uneventful. The house itself is great and has ample bedrooms for a large family. Big kitchen and a huge pantry. If you are having a family gathering, it is really perfect. My only concern was that communication with the host was a little bit slow. I could not find out before check in what kind of coffee maker the house had so I ended up buying the wrong kind. Not the end of the world but a small inconvenience. I accommodated my work team at the house and they were absolutely thrilled with everything there. I said in the communication issue, check in and check out were very seamless.

This property looked beautiful on the site and beautiful in person, however the neighborhood is transitioning so it's one of only 3 beautiful houses on that street. The host is very accomodating and responds promptly to any questions or concerns. There were a few hiccups along the way but nothing we couldn't get pass. Overall we made the best of it and had a great time.

Outstanding place!
Had a wonderful time at this place. Had a group of guys in town for a baseball trip. House was very clean and well decorated. John was very accommodating, allowing us to drop our bags early so we could make it to the game. Would absolutely stay here again!

Great house!!!!
This house was amazing! It is a beautiful home. Had so much space for my big family. 10 plus people little ones too! The house had coffee and other lil things! Also, had some toiletries Incase you forget soap or shampoo, even lotion. I would definitely recommend this house to anyone. Whenever we go back to Tampa my family and I will definitely stay here moving forward! Oh and the location, you are minutes from downtown! So close and convenient to all the hot spots. The host is always a message away. He responds almost instantly! Basically, if you are looking for a house...look no more just book it!

Great Stay
The house was perfect for all nine women to stay comfortably with plenty of space! It was in an easy location close enough to walk, uber, or use scooters to get around. There were a few issues with the house maintenance itself, but the owner was upfront about those and said he is trying to fix them as quickly as possible. They did not interfere with our stay at all. Overall, it was a great stay.
