My property is strategically located to the future go-to district in Cebu. It is very near in SM Seaside, piers, downtown and the access to the South of Cebu. While in the property, you can find a number of amenities to enjoy from, namely, infinity pool, kiddie pol, fitness center, kids playroom and playgound and a basketball court. Inside the unit, we equipped our units so you will have a hassle free stay. We put the necessary appliances, kitchenwares, dining wares, and basic entertainment for you.

Unit was way to tiny!
The unit was way too tiny to accommodate for a 5 person family. We arrived at 12.30am after a 21hr flight and there was no drinking water supplied at arrival which was quite a hassle. We were not advised that you had to pay 220peso for a transient fee upon arrival at the gate. The day before check out staff asked for a 500peso security deposit again was not aware of this fee. If you want drinking water on arrival you need to pay 60peso. Please be aware of these extra fees before booking as it isn't stated in the bookings or mentioned by the host.
Stayed 3 nights in Nov 2022
