For your best vacation, welcome to stay in our newly renovated and tastefully decorated condo for having a relaxed vacation !
Family with kids, young retired ( snow birds) or just couples who want to spend romantic moments, everybody is welcome.
Enjoy your vacation by relaxing in a bedroom with a king bed, an amazing pool view and a large walk-in closet. Amenities in the living room include a 50’’ flat TV, Netflix and cable, free unlimited wireless internet access and two queen sofa beds. Full linens are provided and you will enjoy having your own washer and dryer.
The condo has a fully equipped kitchen, newly renovated and a relaxing covered balcony to enjoy your morning coffee or afternoon tea. The bathroom is also newly renovated.
The condo is located on the second floor ,in a beautiful gated community, 10 minutes away by car from Clearwater Beach, voted # 1 beach in U.S. in 2013 and 2018.
You can enjoy water sports, fishing, boating and beach activities. If you want to explore Florida, it is 90 min away from the major attractions like Orlando Theme Parks ( Disney, Universal Studio, Sea world ), 45 min away from Bush Gardens and much more.
At the property, you can enjoy a large, beautiful heated swimming pool with salt water, a barbecue area, fitness center and an elegant clubhouse with business center and internet access.
Supermarket and good restaurants are within walking distance.
Just 15 min to St. Pete’s Clearwater Airport and 25 min drive to Tampa Int’l Airport .

Great Place to Stay

This condo was as advertised!! The accommodations were definitely at the 5 star level and the owners were very response to our needs! Excellent experience with renting…have stayed many times in the Clearwater/Indian Rocks area over the past decade…best appointed condo so far! Needed to bring just food…everything else was there! Highly recommend…only minutes to grocery store and Clearwater beach!

Family vacation

We had a wonderful stay at the condo. It was very comfy! It was very clean and well stocked. We loved the condo pool and it’s location to the condo. The condo owners provided everything you need for the beach too! (Chairs, umbrella, toys, towels, etc). It was also easy to get ahold of the condo owners if we had questions. We would definitely stay again!

Perfect location

The condo was exactly as described but with all the extras. Because of some health issues we prepare almost all of our meals here and it had everything we needed and more. The pool area was beautiful and also nearby. The Clearwater area is near everything and Publix was literally across the street. I loved that the entrance to the complex had a traffic light with a left turn arrow. The beach was about a 15 minute drive.

Very nice and clean apartment at a great location.

The apartment was very nice and clean. Everything somebody needs during the stay was available in the apartment. Also sun umbrellas and beach chairs are available. The location is close to the beach, shopping and eating locations. The communication with the host was nice and the response was quick. Everything worked as described by the host. Thanks for a very nice time at your apartment.

A perfect spot!

A clean and very comfortable condo in the middle of all the hot spots. Tampa, St Petersburg, Clearwater. Too many beaches to count and condo had all the beach items needed, chairs, floats. Really close to property pool. Clean, saltwater heated pool. Beautiful! Owners were great communicators, great instructions how to enter, where to park, how to get into condo. Comfortable bed, pillows, couches, blankets, beach towels...we needed nothing. Thanks for a great stay and would definitely return in the future.

Awesome!

First and foremost, whenever i vacation, I always lease with HomeAway.com. Spent the Thanksgiving week in this Clearwater condo. Amazingly clean, beautiful decor, wifi, beautiful pool!! Everything you need is there! Great location. Close to Publix, Walmart, strip mall, restaurants. Short drive to the beach. The owners were very welcoming and they provided area info along with maps of the area. WILL BE BACK!!!!!

Very nice, perfectly situated.

Me and my wife spent 2 weeks in this condo. Everything was like described, clean and nice. The pool area always clean and only few steps away but not too close however. 6-7 minutes to the beach by car. Publix within 6-7 minutes walking distance. The a/c was good and effective and not noisy like in some apartments I rented before. For a couple just perfect. I recommend it.

Perfect vacation rental !!!!

The pictures are very accurate. Everything you need from linens and towels to kitchen supplies are there. The bedroom is very comfortable. My wife and I loved sitting out on the balcony. The condo is not far from anything, great restaurants and activities all around. This place is wonderful, it feels like home for me and my family. We highly recommend this property and we could not ask for a better vacation rental. We have created lifetime memories here and we are so thankful for Elena and Erwin for sharing their condo. They take great care of it. We will definitely return to his condo whenever we go back to Clearwater !

Perfect for our stay!

This condo was great for our stay in Florida. It was a perfect location for us—close to family, and very convenient to grocery stores, restaurants and everything that we needed. It was just my husband and myself, so the condo, although small, was well-suited to our needs. The bed was quite comfortable, and there was plenty of storage space in the bathroom/closet. The soundproofing between floors wasn't great, so we DID hear the upstairs neighbors stomping around at times, but that really wasn't a big deal to us. Erwin and Elena were great at communicating with us and responded quickly when we had a question about the dishwasher. We would certainly recommend this little vacation condo!

Fantastic Condo and Location

Condo was exactly as pictured. Was clean and everything went just as it should. Condo is in a great location for quick access to beaches, Clearwater, and Tampa. The Avalon complex is very nice and well maintained. Pool is fabulous. Heater was out the week we were there but, while not a direct result of the recent hurricane, it not being fixed quickly was understandable given the amount of damage the area sustained. There were a lot of pools in the area that were damaged. Would not hesitate to stay in this condo again. Would suggest two fixes but neither of these are significant issues that would keep us from renting again. 1) dryer timer doesn't work. Won't shutoff in either auto or timed modes. First load ran through on auto ran for hours. Tried the timed dry function but that didn't work either. Made sure we checked after 1 hour and timer hadn't moved. 2) Deck blinds are missing 1/2 of the blades. Not likely that someone can see in, but it would be nice to have privacy of complete set of blinds.

Peaceful & Comfortable

What a treat! Thank you Elena and Edwin for welcoming us to you beautiful place at Avalon. I was drawn to the decor and how comfortable everything looked in pictures when I was looking for the place... and when we got there (after two days in the car), we were not disappointed. We loved every thing about the place. Huge bed, nice decor, comfortable bedding. All new furniture, well equipped kitchen...and everything absolutely spotless. Everything you may need is there down to the beach equipment. Steps to the poolhouse, gym and the pool. 10 minutes to the beautiful Clearwater Beach. Communication with Elena and Edwin was easy and almost instant. We really enjoyed the stay. Thank you.
