Description says ‘Parking on Site’ but in reality, they tell you to go park yourself in the lot without clear instructions on how payment works. Staff seemed clueless and tried to avoid questions they have no answers to. I ended up paying via the EasyPark app but was charged again by Hertz along with 375nok admin fee!
If you have to charge your car, make sure you sign up online (not via the app) and you have to enter payment info or else it would keep giving you this message that the charger is not found. I kind of wished the staff would tell me that instead of watching me struggle for hours. It wasn’t like they were very busy and I got the sense that either they got amusement from watching travellers struggle or they really didn’t care.
