The property was something special, there was a space for everyone, either as a group or areas where you get peace and quiet. "Great location, within walking distance of cafes, restaurants and shops. Super apartment on the top floor of a beautiful house, well appointed,with access to the spacious garden and outdoor seating and eating areas. The air conditioning was a real bonus as the weather in Sommieres was very hot during our stay. The apartment was well supplied with lovely extras such as a welcome bottle of wine and fresh tomatoes from the garden as well as plentiful household supplies for washing and cleaning etc....

"The cabin is situated in the grounds of the manor house that once belonged to the author Laurence Durell. The hostess is amazing and cannot do enough to make your stay as pleasurable as possible. Walk out of the secure grounds and you are in the old town of Sommieres, with its numerous restaurants and bars . This place could not score higher if you want a base to explore the area."
