Almost everything seems good other than locations, such as tour or riverside dinner. If concerned about those, go for this hotel.

I like foremost are the hotel staff, all of them are incredibly warm, courteous, and friendly. The rooms are spacious, the beds very comfortable. The daily breakfast buffet is also great. There is also a mall and 7-11 store just nearby. I just don’t like that you have to pay for ice we requested in the room. The taxi service outside also charged us 200 Baht for a short 35 Baht ride. But overall, it was a great hotel stay fir us!

The place was clean and the room cleaning crew did an amazing job. There was no adequate shuttle service and they only provide one way. The airport shuttle service is non-existent and it is from a third-party, which they don't guarantee for their services. Inadequate shuttle service, only provide 1 way and you have to make your own way back. No English maps provided, only in Chinese!
