Great Hotel for your holiday
Had a great few days here and couldn't fault the hotel or staff. Room was spacious and well equipped. Good choice for breakfast all cooked to order and a great bar with happy hour. Good location and safe to walk around

Great location, lux and friendly. 5-stars
Fantastic location with a luxury vibe done with local style. Very convenient location, only a short walk to all the action of the 'old market' and 'pub street'. Super friendly staff who are very hospital and helpful. We booked a twin-room for our family with two teenage kids and the rooms are very spacious. Highly recommended.

This hotel was exceptional. The staff went above and beyond to add that little extra wow to the experience. There were certain elements of the soft product which took the stay from good to exceptional. For example they provided a coffee plunger and coffee grounds in the room for a fresh coffee. They provided sun hats by the roof top pool. They offered a turn down service. The hotel itself is brand new and the beds are extremely comfy. There’s two pools to choose from and multiple dining options. It is right in the centre of town just a few minutes from places to eat and explore. The breakfast is more ‘made to order’ than buffet style. It could be improved but was not at all bad. I would definitely stay here again and would recommend everyone else to stay.

A fabulous hotel and great value for money. The staff are wonderful, good humoured and very helpful. The room was huge with everything I needed and more. Two pools are a bonus and the food is good if you don't have energy to walk in the heat to a restaurant (although I only ate there once, preferring to explore Siem Reap)

This is a fantastic property in a great location in Siem Reap. The staff were friendly and courteous, and the food selections were great. I would definitely stay here again! Two downsides: there is a beautiful window well in the room, but the light stays on all night, and need better blackout shades. The massage wasn't great, and they stained my shorts with the oil.

The service from the staff at the hotel and the attention to detail was excellent. From being greeted at reception, to organising the tours, the level of service is 5-star. The restaurants at the hotel are of high quality, there is an excellent range at breakfast and both pools are well attended. The location of the Aviary is excellent, only a 3-4 minute walk to the popular Pub Street area, but no noise. The rooms are modern, clean and well appointed. I would recommend the hotel to all visiting Siem Reap and would definitely stay here again. Special mentions go to: 1. Reaksmay - reception - greeted us upon arrival with respect and organised the temple tours for us 2. Pireak - pool attendant - always helpful and attentive 3. Sokhoeun Bout - tour guide guide - arranged by the hotel - I was would definitely request Mr Sokhoeun when arranging the tours. His knowledge of Siem Reap and the Angkor temples was immense and he knew the best routes and restaurants to stop at on our tours 4. Mr Chem - driver - very safe and confident driver Thank you to all at the Aviary Hotel

The staff were very friendly and efficient. Check in was easy and we were made aware of all of the hotel facilities. The room was large, clean and had excellent air conditioning. Plenty of options for breakfast including eggs and other items cooked freshly to order. The pool area was clean and drinks in the bar were reasonably priced - happy hour made this even better! Recommended

Great hotel!
Wonderful hotel with two great pools. Ac works very well. Friendly staff. Near lots of things and not far from pub street. Would recommend for sure and definitely stay again. Decor has lots of greenery.

AMAZING HOTEL IN MIDDLE OF TOWN
AMAZING! Firstly, we live in Siem Reap, have done for a LONG time, so we are familiar with a lot of accommodation here. Secondly, we have stayed at this hotel before, for a Birthday staycation (as we did again just now). This, in my humble opinion, is one of the best hotels in town, for price / value and the sheer location of being in the middle of town. And yet there is no real noise pollution, it's set back from the busy road enough to create a calm oasis. The design is unique and has real charm. The build is fantastic, and the finishings in the rooms are all to a high standard. The rooms themselves are BIG, all with balconies overlooking tropical gardens. Staff are super friendly and extremely helpful. The food is good and the Flock Cafe on the ground floor is great, as is the Glide Rooftop Bar. And of course the Japanese restaurant attached - all amazing. There are two swimming pools, one downstairs in a courtyard, and on the roof near the Glide Bar. F & B is served at both. Couldn't recommend more...

This was a refreshing oasis in the city. The hotel was filled with plants and trees, thoughtfully and beautifully designed. The staff members were attentive and pleasant. Wonderful place to stay. I would return to this hotel on my next visit.

Excellent hotel!
This is an excellent hotel located in the middle of Siem Reap next to all of the major sites such as pub street, night market, etc. Angkor Wat is also just a short tuk tuk ride away. The hotel is very modern and clean. The room are nice and big with a sitting area, comfortable bed, large bathroom (with shower and tub), etc. The A/C works well and there is also a ceiling fan. Service is very friendly and nice. The pool area is also very nice with lounge chairs and towels provided. The prices for food and drinks are very good and reasonable unlike the high markups that you sometimes see at other hotels.

An oasis in the middle of Siem Reap
We LOVED our stay at The Aviary. The vibe of the hotel is beautiful and modern, our room was spacious and comfortable, and it was some of the best hospitality we’ve ever experienced. We were upgraded to a suite, which was incredible and we also enjoyed the complimentary breakfast every morning. Strongly recommend staying here!

Pretty good stay
Everything was good, except the breakfast. Nothing special to shout out about the breakfast. After the 1st day, we din feel like eating there anymore. Wished there was an options to opt out of breakfast for the hotel package. Breakfast aside, hotel was very pretty and staffs were fantastic and helpful. Room was clean and bed was comfortable. Thumbs up for the service.

Great boutique hotel, with wonderful, polite and attentive staff. Lovely breakfast, fine facilities. Slightly away from the Pub St area, which was good for me, but only about 10 mins walk, if you wanted to do it.

Warm and welcoming staff who were really helpful. Cold towels as you arrived back each day were very much appreciated after a hot day in the sun. Immaculate rooms and common spaces that are impeccably designed. Loved my stay here and will definitely be recommending this gorgeous gem of a hotel to my friends.

Beautiful Boutique Hotel with Quality Service
What a wonderful bunch of staff members working at your hotel. From the moment we walked through the hotel we were immediately greeted by smiles, a wet towel and tea. We were shown around the hotel and immediately felt comfortable throughout check in phase. The room wss handed over in a neat and well presented state, the room was bright and vibrant..we were absolutely pleased by this. During our stay, we were always greeted by your workers from the service desk to the swimming pool and restaurant. A small jar with couple of biscuits on the bed was a nice surprise after house keeping. We even had a minor issue relating the toilet and that was resolved promptly followed by a call from service desk to check in on the progress. On the day we checked out, our flight was not until 7.30pm but we came back to the hotel in the afternoon and we were still treated like guests at the hotel. Amazing customer service from A to Z and did tell your manager Hong what a lovely experience we had. Definitely recommend this hotel to family and friends, and if we were to come back, the Aviary would be our choice again! Only minor issue would be the amount of mosquitoes we found at the Aviary and also in our room. I recommend some measures put in place to improve this issue as they were an 'itchy' issue for us. You should stay here!
Great location, amazing service and the room was just perfect. If you are planning to spend time in Siem Reap, this should be your stop. There are more expensive hotels right around the corner, but you won't get nearly the great value you will staying at the Aviary. We were going to Angkor Wat for a sunrise tour and they had our breakfast packed up and ready to go with hot coffee at 4:30 am. The people there were just the best, when you would come into the hotel you were greeted with a cold towel to help cool you off from the hot and muggy weather. We were always greeted by name and so well cared for. This is a perfect spot.

The Aviary is a great hotel if you want to be close to the night life. The service and hospitality is fantastic. The pool is surprisingly quiet and secluded given the proximity of the hotel to the bustling city around it. The front desk attendants are super friendly and will help you plan out your temple visits, appropriate to your needs/specifications.

Amazing service! Great boutique hotel!
Gorgeous little hotel within walking distance of all the downtown restaurants/markets. Absolutely amazing service. Front desk arranged our tours and transfers, were just amazingly well coordinated and kind. Rooms were clean, nicely decorated, great showers. Salt water pool is heaven after walking around Angkor Wat all day. Highly recommend!

Relaxing stay at The Aviary
The Aviary could not have been better if not for the hospitality of the Management and staff, in particular the unassuming GM Jeffrey, Residence Manager Sophearith, Front Office Assistance Ms Champa and the other members of the Front Office. However, there is room for improvement for the Housekeeping team. They ought to be more cautious and attentive in handling guest's belongings and checking for used items in the Bar Fridge. Otherwise, The Aviary is perfect !
