Would stay here again
We had an excellent stay at Phka Chan Hotel. The service was always excellent & everyone worked very hard to make sure we were comfortable & well cared for. It was very hot & we appreciated being met immediately & given cold cloths after being out & about. We enjoyed the pool & the breakfasts were very good too.

All round comfortable hotel with great service.
The Phka Chan Hotel is in a quiet area just off Sok San Road and only a safe 5 minute walk from the Pub Street area. I was upgraded to a suite which was excellent and very roomy. It had a large shower area along with a free standing bath in a very large bathroom. The breakfast choice was varied but even so the Hotel manager asked if there was anything I wanted to be added to the menu to make my stay more pleasurable. I made use of the hotel’s spa and found the authentic Swedish massage refreshing. BUT above the hotel made me feel very comfortable from check in to check out. The hotel manager and all her staff are super friendly and couldn’t do enough for me and all their guests. I would definitely stay again and recommend the hotel.

The staff and management of Phka Chan hotel made our stay very memorable and were so accomodating to our early arrival and late checkout. On top of that their service is absolutely fantastic and we would give them more than 5 stars if possible. The location is very convenient to the town and the amenities modern and clean. We would love to stay here again if we are back in Siem Reap! Thank you for your great hospitality Phka Chan!!

Friendly service at this boutique hotel
Fabulous hotel. Rooms were large and well laid out. Service at the front desk by Kimly and Salin was faultless. Pool was very clean and at a nice temperature. I’m still giving them 5 stars even though the music from adjoining hotel could be heard from the rooms towards the rear. Hopefully they’ll provide high chairs for toddlers in the future too.

Très bel hôtel + super personnel
Séjour de 4 nuits très bien. L’hôtel est très beau et très propre. La piscine est très agréable après une journée de visite aux temples. Mention spéciale au personnel qui est vraiment aux petits soins et très prévenant (serviette humide tous les jours quand on rentre à l’hôtel, spray anti moustique sur le corps lorsque l’on sort le soir…) Le petit déjeuner est très bon avec une carte et beaucoup de choix, ainsi que de délicieux jus de fruits frais. Très bonne localisation qui permet de se rendre au night market à pieds. Je recommande +++

Clean and close to everything
A good, clean hotel. Central location, great service from the staff and beautiful pool area. The bed was a little too hard, my husband had trouble sleeping, and if you are very noice sensitive the music from the hotel close by migth bother you. We live in an apartment back home and the sound didn't bother us at all. A small sugestion would be somebody selling beer by the pool, as it feels impolite to go inside the restaurant to order in your bathing suit.

Clean and very modern hotel with Very nice sweaming pool. Free airport pick up and free shower place after check out is plus benefit. But overpriced hotel tuktuk was disappointing

Hotel novo e bem localizado
Hotel novo. O quarto é grande e bem bonito. Vários restaurantes ao redor e menos de 10 minutos andando a Pub Street. A piscina é muito boa. Academia tem dois aparelhos somente, esteira e se não me engano bicicleta, alguns pesos livres. Os funcionários são muito prestativos. No primeiro dia achei o colchão terrível, era muito duro. O funcionário deixou eu ver outro quarto, que tinha o mesmo colchão, e para tentar amenizar acabou colocando dois estofados em cima. Já era tarde e ele fez de tudo para ajudar e revolver. De fato o colchão não é confortável mas acaba acostumando. A internet funciona bem. Quanto a água quente do chuveiro, acaba rápido. Não dá pra tomar um banho de 10 minutos com a água quente.Em frente ao hotel tem uma lavanderia muito boa, utilizei os serviços mais de uma vez.

완전 비추 가지마세요~
프카찬 10박 했어요 조식이 주문식인데 양이 정말 작아요 맛도없구.. 계란스타일 매번 물어보는데 항상 써니싸이드업을 주는..ㅋ 지들 맘대로 줄꺼면서 왜 물어보는지 알수가 없어요 냉커피에 파리 빠진것도 모르고 갖다주고~ㅠ 싸이드빵에 개미는 항상 붙어 있어서 안먹었어요. 과일도 달라고 하니까 그제서야 가져다주고.. 손님이 많지도 않은데 서비스에 문제가 많은곳이예요 호텔옆에 관리 안하는 풀밭에서 시커먼 귀뚜라미 떼가 호텔에 엄청많아요 객실에도 너무 많이들어오구요 귀뚜라미 떼 때문에 밤에 객실에 불을 켜놓을수가 없었어요 복도의 조명도 제가 매일 끄고 다녔는데 진짜 아침만되면 언제 들어왔는지 객실바닥이 전부 귀뚜라미 시체예요 프카찬 머무는 10박 동안 정말 짜증나서 미치는 줄 알았어요 , 페이백 받고 호텔 옮기고 싶었어요 호텔 객실 에어컨 틀어놔도 안시원해서 직원불러서 물어봤더니 다른방도 마찬가지라는 헛소리를.. 이정도면 시원한거라며 가르쳐주고 나갔어요~ㅠ 담날 방이 너무 더워서 메니져 불러서 다시 확인해보니 에어컨 필터 교체해주겠다고 해서 1시간 넘게걸려 교체했어요 에어컨 필터 교체하고 나니 에어컨 정상작동 되고 시원해졌어요~ 직원들끼리 소통도 안되고..ㅠ 욕실 온수가 이틀동안 안나와서 직원 불렀더니 객실 문 옆에 버튼을 누르더라구요 그게 온수버튼 이었나봐요. 체크인할때도, 룸 옮길때도 아무도 저에게 온수버튼 말해준적 없었어요ㅠ 친구가 프카찬 예약했는데 컴펌메일이 안와서 프론트에 가서 친구에게 메일 한번만 더 보내달라고 3일내내 말했는데..결국 컴펌메일 안보내줬어요~ 저는 시엠립 8번째 방문이고 많은호텔에 숙박해봤지만 이런데는 첨봐요 프카찬은 다시는 안올꺼예요~ 오픈한지 1년도 안됐는데 얼마전 오너도 바뀌고 시스템도 엉망이고 , 시설관리, 고객관리 완전 최악이예요 프카찬 예약할 금액이면 다른 더 좋은호텔 시엠립에 넘쳐납니다 정말 비추 또 비추합니다~ 내여행을 망친 프카찬~ㅠㅠ
