Bad. The King size bed uses 2 smaller mattress, ridiculously. Also, we cannot use any Hilton diamond benefits as it's my name on the booking, while my husband is a diamond member and also lives there
Fantastic breakfast to prepare for full days of touring and shopping

This is 5 star hotel but toilet overflowed when we stayed that night(New Year's Eve). The technician came to fix it but the same problem was happened. Finally we changed the room but it took over an hour. really disappointed. They should change the room first not to fix it.

Very Satisfied! I did not feel the racism from the staff. They all friendly and helpful. They treated everybody the same. The room is clean and sanitized. I would highly recommend Millennium Hilton in Seoul. Planning to stay there again when we come down to Seoul.

Excellent location! Staff was wonderful…Cafe 395 staff were exceptional! The lobby is beautiful…though it did seem the room could use a refresh. Bed pillows were not good.

The Millennium Hilton was first class in every aspect. The staff took every precaution during a Covid outbreak in Seoul without sacrificing their impeccable service. Check in was very quick even though there was a crowd of people checking in. The lobby was elegantly decorated for Christmas. The breakfast buffet was wonderful with an amazing selection

Thank you very much for your feedback in such detail. We have a great access to public transportation and we also provide the shuttle bus service to the popular tourist spots including Myeongdong, Itaewon, etc. We look forward to welcoming you back in the near future!
The hotel was clean however, loud noises from the room beside us so could barely sleep until 3am. Breakfast was poor as the buffet wasn’t available so was served a plate of American breakfast but was still charged 34,000 won which I don’t think was fair as the promised full buffet wasn’t available.
