Pool Construction starting 30th of June. Monday through Friday. It's on the far side of the driveway and should not have a big effect on a stay. No construction work is done during a stay.

Inside, this five-bedroom home comfortably sleeps 12 guests, featuring two king beds and four queen beds, along with three and a half baths to accommodate your group with ease. The fully stocked kitchen is ready for home-cooked meals, complete with Keurig coffee for a perfect start to your day. After a day of adventure, relax in the cozy living space with five TVs, or take advantage of the fenced dog run if you're bringing your furry companion. Yoga mats are available to elevate your experience!

With keyless self-check-in, a private setting, and driveway parking for up to four vehicles, this home is the ideal basecamp for your Sedona adventure.

🐾 Pets Welcome - One dog is allowed per stay with a $150 pet fee. There is a fenced dog run!

🚗 A car is recommended for getting around Sedona efficiently.

🔹 Quiet hours: 10 PM - 7 AM (strictly enforced in this residential neighborhood).
🔹 Absolutely no smoking indoors – $500 minimum fee for deodorization.

This home is tucked away in a quiet neighborhood located in central Sedona. The house is at the end of the neighborhood and backs up to open space. There are a few neighbors nearby so please be respectful and follow quiet hours from 10pm to 7am. The home is a quick commute to Uptown, West Sedona, and the Village of Oak Creek. The location of the home is truly perfect to bypass a lot of tourist traffic during the busy season.

A car is required. There is space in the driveway for up to 4 vehicles.

Absolutely no parties. We have a noise ordinance from 10:00pm - 7:00am. Any disturbances will result in a fine that will be passed onto guests.

Pet Fee is $150 per stay per pet for up to 2 pets. Dogs only, no cats. Dog must be well-behaved, potty trained, and up to date on vaccines.
