We stayed for 6 nights in March, 2024. This is a very comfortable, very secure condo unit in the Waterfront Landing complex with a nice view of Elliott Bay. It has pretty much all the amenities you could want. There is a stand-alone AC unit (not central) but as it was March we never needed to use it. The kitchen is wonderful with a Viking gas range and stainless appliances. Bedroom and bathroom were all fine.
The only downside was lack of TV other than Apple TV. There was no satellite or cable. This was only a minor annoyance and did not detract from the rest of the unit. The only other downside is there is currently construction work going on nearby and Alaskan Way in front of the complex is closed to vehicular traffic. There is the sound of big trucks backing up, but at night it is quiet, and if you have a car, access to the parking garage is not affected. Occasionally there are special events going on at Pier 62 and it can get loud if there is amplified music, which happened 2 out of the 6 nights we were there, but it stops by 10pm.
The location is ideal being very close to Pike Place Market, the Aquarium, Waterfront, Bainbridge Island Ferry, Belltown, and downtown Seattle. The unit is very comfortable and a great place to relax after a day out. Highly recommended.
