Property locations was fantastic. We usually stay at Fairmont Hotels when we travel. This location was stunning. The restaurants onsite and the property were exceptional. However the pool area was really dirty and very unkempt. Lots of nasty things floating in the pool and hot tub and floors were very dirty.

My stay at the Fairmont Olympic was absolutely fabulous! The staff is truly wonderful, and super accommodating. The pool with the sunroof is absolutely gorgeous! Whenever I go to Seattle, this is the only hotel I will be staying at. The location is also perfection! Thank you for the great experience.

We stayed im room 1061 and it was beautiful, clean and comfortable! The bathroom was large but I wish it had an exhaust fan. The lobby was large and beautiful. The escalator area leading to the lobby has old gold decor, old lamps and pitted mirrors. That sections needs to be updated.

Beautiful hotel with a gorgeous entry and reception, bar/lounge area up on the second floor. The rooms were very nice, with upscale, traditional decor. It was a convenient 2 block walking distance to the Light rail and about 5-6 blocks to Pikes Marketplace. Extremely pricey for extras, room service and lodging. Everything was an extra charge - like getting a small fridge to store personal drinks or food cost $35. The food from room service was exceptionally good and generally warm and delivered timely. High marks for service and energy, but the downside is you pay a lot for it.

This is an amazing hotel, beautiful! It is FANCY! With that, we definitely felt underdressed with our road tripping kiddos upon entering. The parking garage elevator was broken, but valet service is available.

Everything about our stay was top notch. Until our last morning at the coffee shop. Terrible service from a man dressed in a suit behind the counter (dressed as a manager?) that was to busy staring at his phone to acknowledge my wife asking questions about the specials. Not until we said something did he acknowledge our order, all the while continuing to stare at his phone. Couldn’t believe it.

I appreciate the indoor pool and the diverse selection of restaurants available. However, the inability to adjust the room temperature is a drawback. The room often becomes uncomfortably hot, which can make the stay less enjoyable.

Our room had air conditioning issues , and we weren’t offered to move to another room. They did comp some things but it still made our stay not as comfortable with the stuffiness in the room..
