Wonderful getaway
Clean rooms, quiet area,has plenty to offer for all ages,plenty of parking. Thank you very much that we where able to check in soo late! Our plane arrived late in munich,and we got stuck in traffic, but we got a warm welcome.

Excellent hotel.
5 stars in my book. Would not consider any other hotel when we come back. Staff (Danny), the chef and wait staff excellent. We stayed for over a week. Highly recommended!!!!!

Comfortable and clean hotel. Friendly staff.
The hotel was picturesque and comfortable. Our room was really like an apartment with kitchen facilities as there were 4 of us. The room was very clean but the carpets a bit stained. The first night we arrived really late around midnight but the staff were great and made us a cold platter with drinks whilst we settled in. We tried the hotel restaurant the next night and the food was very good. To get to ski slopes there is a bus that takes you there from outside the hotel. Only 5 mins drive away. However the service is not that frequent. If you miss the last morning ski bus at 10:20am then there won't be another one until 13:00.

I can't begin to explain how generously the staff treated me. Truly marvelous people. My trip however, started a week prior and I chose this hotel because a "laundry facility" was available. No such luck. After discussing this with a manager, my laundry was cleaned for free. But still, I think this false advertising need to be deleted from you promotion. Also the bit about 2 restaurants. There's only one.

A comfortable stay.
Our stay here was pleasant and with event. The young girl that checked us in and out was a pleasure to deal with. She did everything she could to help you s enjoy our stay The room was spacious and comfortable and dinner in the restaurant was very nice. Overall this was a comfortable stay.

Lovely stay
Lovely birthday weekend, prepared a cake on request as a surprise for my better half. Lovely wellness area, peaceful area overall with summer card allowing free access to the mountain tops. Breakfast and dinner was also ok.

Kein 4* Wellnesshotel, sondern Fereinhaus- aber OK
Wo wir übernachtet haben war nicht schlecht, allerdings komplett anders als bei der Buchung angezeigt. Die Bilder sind von einen Hotel wo sich die Rezeption befindet, uns wurde aber einen Ferienapartment "Hubertus" einige hundert Meter entfernt zugeteilt. Für der Preis war es in Ordnung, nur eben keinen 4* Wellness Hotel wie erwartet. Die Rezeption waren fest davon überzeugt, dass alles auf der Buchungsplattform korrekt sei und meinen Fehler sei, naja. Das Apartment war ein nettes Ferienwohnung mit Balkon und Küche, wobei da wir ein 'Suite' gebucht haben, wir nichts zum Kochen dabei hatte. Die 'Zwei Doppelbetten' haben sich als Doppel+Einzel+Sofabett erschienen, hat für uns aber trotzdem gepasst. Für die Benutzung des Schwimmbades gäbe es einen Aufpreis von 20 € und 200 m Laufen auf die Straße in Badeschlapfen, haben wir dann nicht gemacht. Auf die Endrechnung stand plötzlich 50€ extra 'Reinigungsgebühr', auf Anfrage sei es 'Standard' gewesen. Beim Zeigen die gebuchten Preisaufschlüsselung waren Sie zumindest einsichtig. Das Restaurant Buffet (28€ pro Kopf) sah nicht besonders gut aus, direkt gegenüber 'das Landalm' Restaurant ist aber auf jeden Fall empfehlenswert. Also wer sich einen Mittelklasse Ferienhaus sucht kann nichts falsch machen, ist aber eben nicht wie die Bilder und wie erwartet.

Da liegt wohl ein Ansichtsfehler vor.Das Hotel ist im **** Hotel Bereich.Das Ferienhaus liegt am schönen Sonnenhang u. ist m. *** ausgelistet.gegenüber vom Hotel. Die Rezeption hat keinen Auskunftsfehler gemacht.Sie können im Hotel speisen von 12.00 bis 28.00 / 4 Gänge - und auch darüber.Sie waren nicht zum Speisen im Hotel - können das auch nicht bewerten - ist nicht korrekt für andere Kunden die unsere Leistungen schätzen u. verschiedene Anspruchsteile buchen möchten m. verschiedenen Preisklassen .Bitte lesen - es steht ausdrücklich Ferienhaus Hubertus - check in - Hotel vitaler Landauerhof ..Jedes Appartement hat eine Endreinigung .

Keinesfall 4 Sterne!!!! Abendessen in Buffetform gut, aber nicht nicht beschriftet und nichts besonderes. Frühstücksbuffet reichhaltig und gut. Der Service war okay, aber wir mussten am Abend doch fast 10min. auf ein weiteres Getränk warten. Die Spa Angebote konnten wir nicht nutzen, weil wir im " Chalet " untergebracht waren, welches schon älter und abgewohnter war. ( der 2. TV funktionierte nicht). Ärgerlich fanden wir die unterschiedlichen Preisauszeichnungen, ungenaue bzw. falsche Auskünfte, was die Frühstückszeiten betrifft. Insgesamt ist das Hotel wohl eher für deutsche Urlauber ausgerichtet, die länger bleiben.

Bestimmt nett, wenn Zimmer im Haupthaus ist
Unsere Suite war 300m vom Haupthaus entfernt, was ich bei Buchung nicht wusste. In einem Chalet am gegenüberliegenden Hang, nur mit Allrad oder Schneeketten erreichbar. Mir wurde ein Parkplatz vor dem Haupthaus, aber kein Transferservice angeboten. Wer nicht gut zu Fuß ist erreicht sein Zimmer nie. Den Wellnessbereich konnten wir daher auch nicht nutzen. Wer entspannt schon wirklich, wenn er weiß er muss aufgeheizt und mit nassem Haar durch Berg und Tal ins Zimmer zurück? Das „Chalet Hubertus“ ist stark renovierungsbedürftig. Es pfeift der Wind durch Wände und Fenster, die Heizung kommt kaum hinterher. Teilweise wurde schon saniert, aber die Einrichtung ist lieblos zusammengestoppelt und alt. Vieles ist defekt, Muster aus den 80ern. Unsere Suite sah nicht aus wie abgebildet, hatte keine 2 Doppelbetten und die (schöne, neue) Küche war nur über den Gang erreichbar. Wärme-, Trittschall- und Schalldämmung sind hier ein großes Problem. Man hört alles! Besonders schlimm ist es, wenn jemand die Haustür zuschlägt. Dann wackelt das ganze Haus und sämtliche Türen bewegen sich. In beiden Nächten war nicht vor 1:30 Ruhe, ständig ging wer ein und aus. Furchtbar! Das Personal war zwar freundlich, schien aber unbeteiligt. Als mir die Dame zeigte, wo am Hang gegenüber unser Zimmer sei, meinte sie auf meine Frage, wo ich dort parken und wie ich dort hinkommen solle, dass ich ja hier parken und das Gepäck rübertragen könne. Eigentlich unglaublich. Einheimische haben von der guten Küche erzählt

Werte Frau Renate - Sie haben das Ferienhaus gebucht. Sie haben nicht das Hotel gebucht , dass hat einen ganz anderen Preis und andere Voraussetzungen. Hubertus liegt im *** Hotel Landauer im **** Wenn die Leute die Tür so zuschlagen - dass ist sicher unangenehm- Sorry. Komisch empfinden wir Ihre Darstellung des Hauses. Es ist ein Ferienhaus im Jagdshausstil - diese abwertende Bemerkung von alten Stoffen..... Es sind Samtvorhänge in den Räumen 2021 v. einer Firma in Schladming angepasst f. d. Haus Bilder sind genau so wie Sie im Internet vorgezeigt werden .Da bleiben wir Sattelfest. Im Winter sollte man ein winterfestes Auto haben - wenn man in die Berge fährt .Sauna - Pool - Fitness - ist im Haupthaus, dass ist nur ein zusätzlicher Punkt was die Gäste wenn Sie das nutzen möchten . Das Hubertus hat eine schöne Sauna. Siehe Bilder. Das Haus hat Sonnenlage am Hang - wo mehrere Häuser stehen .

Fint hotell men trodde det skulle vara nära till någon lift men det var det inte. Rörig personal som höll på att vi skulle få betala boendet trots vi hade gjort det i förväg. Rörigt om frukost skulle ingå eller inte. Blev en dyr vistelse.

Ja wenn man von Schweden kommt ist das sehr anstrengend - vor Ort waren die Gäste sehr nett . Wir machen eine Meldung bei Expedia - es sollte ein persönlicher Angriff f. d. Mitarbeiter sein .

Ein ausgesucht aufmerksames und höfliches Personal. Beim Einchecken gab es kleinere Anlaufschwierigkeiten durch den Empfang, konnte aber durch die Chefin persönlich schnell behoben werden. Sehr positiv ist der Außenpool und die zugehörige Wellnessoase die mittlerweile miteinander durch ein Zugangssystem verbunden sind. Somit auch im Winter ein echtes Highlight. Wir werden auf jeden Fall einen unserer nächsten Urlaub dort wieder verbringen. Die kulinarische Verpflegung sucht seinesgleichen.

Wir hatten einen super schönen Urlaub. Das Hotel ist sehr gut ausgestattet und hat einen sehr schönen Wellnessbereich. Das Essen war jeden Abend hervorragend und das Personal sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Wir kommen gerne wieder!
