Location is great , hotel is new and clean, code shop on main floor is great .Located on shopping street with lots of shops and restaurants. Staff is great .

Far away from subway station. Staff is unfriendly when we arrived an hour early before the standard check in time. Convenient walking street where you can find Daiso, Standard, Mega stores.

A beautiful hotel in a fantastic location on the shopping street! Easy 10 min walk from subway. Rooms are so cozy and the breakfast is delicious

While I never had a chance to grab a cup of coffee, the hotel's lobby doubles as a cute book cafe! The staff are super friendly and helpful--truly appreciated that they made a local call for me to my next stay in Noboribetsu as I only have data service on my phone. It's located at one end of the Tanuki-kōji Shopping Street and just minutes from Susukino so you have your pick of the litter in terms of amazing food and shopping. Loved my stay and will definitely check to see if they're available the next time I'm in Sapporo!

This hotel and chain is themed around a 24 hour reading cafe, and the structure of the rooms, the use of space and the delightful nature of the do not disturb signs, "I am reading now". Just great. The breakfast was small and simple but tasty and sufficient.

This property was amazing! It's located on a long shopping street that's car free and it was amazing to be able to just walk to any of the shops and restaurants nearby. The hotel room was perfect for a solo traveler. Getting to the hotel was simple and the staff were very helpful on arrival. Highly recommend this hotel.

I rarely leave a review for hotels but I did for this one because I really enjoyed my stay here. The hotel is really clean, staffs are really friendly, the area is surrounded by a lot of good restaurants and stores. The room is very spacious, bathroom is amazing, the downstairs cafe had really good food. 10/10 would recommend. I would come back to this hotel in the future! :)

Nice hotel but rude staff
Pros - clean room Cons - Old lady in the front desk who processed my checkin is RUDE. After our interaction, I checked the reviews in google about this hotel and there are alot of bad reviews about the customer service of this hotel. Bec of that I made sure I never try to talk to anyone from the staff until I check out. I will not go again to this hotel bec of that old lady.
