「I stayed for 6 nights for sping holiday. Excellent entertainment staff. Very proffessional, very friendly, and very helpful 5 star entertainment staff. Room Cleaning staffs were also very friendly. Room was ocean view, and is in okay condition (Ants were running around but tolarable). Food was good for all inclusive hotel. Lots of options and kids loved it. If they can offer better quality coffee, it would be even better. However, reception was awful. They don't care at all about keeping guest...

Die Schallisolierten Zimmer erfüllen ihren Zweck. Vom Flur und den Türen hört man natürlich ab und zu etwas aber nur Tagsüber da Nachts alle schlafen. Perfekt! 」

「We had a wonderful time in this flat in Puerto de Santiago (los Gigantes)! My sister and I enjoyed most the sun terrace with its nice view, the shade or sun possibilities - the flat has really everything you need for a pleasant stay. From a bbq, to washing Maschine, nice shower, comfortable beds, well equipped kitchen so on. We enjoyed a week with nice trips to the beaches, promenades to walk and watch the ocean.
