Great Stay
Easy self check-in as we arrived on Christmas. The rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable. I was contacted days before my reservation to confirm my room choices etc. The staff is kind and very helpful. The hotel location is in a calm and quiet community. Right next door are two restaurants. I ate at the Lion’s Den, the owner was very kind and the food was great. I would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful and modern hotel, with view over the church dome. The area is very quiet and the room has all the comforts one would need, including a jacuzzi bath. The staff were extremely helpful and reacted as soon as we needed help. Definitely recommended.

As a hotel alone, everything was great despite little to no staff at the front desk. The hotel is super clean, modern, bed was luxurious & the shower was lovely & had hot water. The housekeeping was top notch & thing in the room worked great. Breakfast was served right now door that included a British fry up, cereal, and other continental breakfast variety. If you arrive after check in, there’s a self check in option just by calling their number so you don’t have to worry about missing check in time. If arriving after 22:30, the public buses no longer operates and taxi is €15 flat rate. Buses are spaced apart so plan accordingly or walk about 25 mins from Victoria (the city centre & where most buses end). Wifi worked well. If you are visiting Gozo, this place is a great place to stay but it’s cumbersome if you have to go back & forth to Malta. Gozo is worth 2 days stay including visiting sites & if a good day, Comino Island.

Best nights sleep I've had
Simply put this hotel at any price is great but the fact they only charge 50-60 quid a night and include breakfast is remarkable value! I got the impression the hotel was fairly new and you can really tell bacause everything in my room was new looking or feeling. Its only a small hotel but in a rwally lovely village and close enough to victoria to be connected with the 1 happening place in Gozo. Gozo is a beautiful island with friendly locals and clear seas. All through the summer there are festivals celebrating st victoria and the town centre has plenty of amenities. The hotel itself had just about enough parking nearby but no deficated car park. It has 2 lovely restaurants near by that are very reasonably priced. Breakfast was included free and was great quality served by a very friendly man. I cant recomend this place enough for anyone who loves beauty and peace. Great place and great hotel! I would recomend to anyone.

Enjoyable stay
Enjoyed the stay overall. However, the room was a quite cold unless we put on the A/C but then the room would be too stuffy. We really liked the design of the place. There was no warm water to shower on Sunday so that was frustrating. And as there is generally no staff in the location you cannot really deal with any issues. In any case, the location was good and liked it enough to go again.

Please note that this water pump was fixed. With reference to the lack of staff in the reception area, we would like to inform you that we are not a 24 hour manned reception desk. Usually the reception desk service is from 8.00 until 16.00. In addition, the Housekeeping service is done daily from 8.00 onwards. Lastly, we can also be contacted 24 hours a day. A phone is located on the reception desk where you can reach someone from our Central Office which is 24 hours a day to assist you. We really enjoyed our stay at Quaint Boutique Hotel. The rooms are very lovely designed and welcoming. The service and staff were gorgeous! Very kind, helpful and an extraordinary communication with the reservation management. We would always choose on of their hotels, if we come to Malta again.

Nous avons passés 10 nuits dans cet hôtel. Accueil très sympathique ( uniquement le matin ). Mais personne le jour de notre arrivée en début d'aprem et c'est dommage . petits déjeuners dans le resto d'à côté et pas de lunch mais servit à table donc très long et pas tjs tout sur la carte Et aussi du bruit avec le chien de la maison d'à côté qui aboie une bonne partie de la nuit. Sinon cette une bonne adresse.

Einmal und Nie mehr
Diese Einrichtung hat leider nichts mit einem Boutique Hotel zu tun ist eher ein Privates Zimmer. Das Zimmer ist funktionsfähig eingerichtet jedoch fehlt die Proklamierte "Quaint" . Der Balkon ist gross jedoch leider sehr staubig da man direkt auf eine Baustelle schaut. Das Frühstück ist nicht den Namen wert, es wird nebenan in einem dunklen Loch serviert wo es nur darum geht Zusatzverkäufe zu tätigen wie Kaffee oder Jus.

Fuite au niveau du lavabo de la salle de bain, le lendemain de notre arrivée nous pensions que c’était sans gravité et le jour suivant nous avons compris qu’il y avait une fuite importante, le matin même nous l’avons signalé à la réceptionniste qui nous a dit faire le nécessaire . A notre retour une serviette de toilette était juste posée sous le lavabo. Bien sûr la fuite était plus importante, donc à nouveau dialogue avec la réceptionniste de l’après-midi qui elle a été très réactive. Une heure après, intervention , fuite réparée.

La chambre était très belle et bien équipée. En revanche, il y avait une sorte de discothèque juste en dessous ce qui faisait qu'entre 21h00 et 3-4h00 du matin les murs, le lit et les meubles tremblaient au rythme des basses. Autant dire qu'il était impossible d'y dormir la nuit,ce qui est un peu gênant pour un tel Hotel.

This is part of the email that we have sent you: "1. As you might already know, the village of Sannat will be hosting the village festa from Wednesday 24th until Sunday 28th July, 2019. The festa activities keeps going till the early hours in the morning. Thus, we shall advise you that the streets will be busier and noisier than usual. 2. The main street to the Hotel will be closed for traffic. Therefore, we recommend you to park in the side streets located before you will reach the main square".
