This is the only place I’ll stay when I come to Cabo. The resort is beautiful, beach front, multiple restaurants, pools, amazing staff, and all of the rooms are great. I’ll be back in a few months!

Incredible service and facilities! The management’s and staff’s dedication to the highest standards is evident in absolutely everything. Exceeded our expectations. Would definitely stay here again when vacationing in Cabo.
What a gorgeous Hilton. Amenities, pools, beach location and restaurants all fantastic. Modern, spacious rooms as well. Despite the size there are ample spots to relax that never felt crowded. Highly recommend.
My only negative comment would be I had to check out. Everything was incredible! I’ve never experienced such amazing derive from every area of the hotel! Can’t wait to come back.
Resort was very nice. However when we checked in the had added over $700 in taxes and fees that were already included in my price. They said they would take care of it but upon checkout a week later they had not. They once again said they would take care of it. When I asked that it be done before I left the resort they said it would take some time. I left without knowing if they were going to charge the extra money to my card. The resort was beautiful with beautiful views and the staff was friendly and accommodating but wouldn’t stay there again due to the mixup in charges.
There is not really anything to complain about other than the shower leaked. Otherwise the place was awesome. Very nice. I would go back again for sure.
The property is very well kept. Service is pretty good. Poolside service is attentive and very gracious. Front desk is ok... not always accommodating. Too many times I have to ask, beg, for extra bottle of water. The attendants at the health club said they have no water bottles but I could see in the mirror 1.5 cases behind the counter.
The restaurant list is large (5). The selection that are open is limited. Pool side bars, attached to a great infinity pool close at 5:00 (?!?!?). One of there biggest restaurants has limited nights of operation while the Italian restaurant (in Mexico) is open every night.
It is a great property that is challenged by being connected to one of Hiltons Grand Vacation sites (aka Timeshare). They struggle with the us/them thing.... Lastly as nice as the property is the challenging food options limit you and a trip to one of the towns - San Jose ($18) and San Lucas ($24) make it a little 'out of the way'.

Great rooms, great view…horrible Margaritas, poor selection on beer for being Mexico all we hear was the hotel has a hard time getting beer😂 food was okay for Hilton, but servers were too pushy to sell alcohol. Thanks will be back in December😊

Check in was at 3pm per our reservation booked and when my fiancé and I arrived the receptionist told us that our room would be ready by 4pm. That is unacceptable. We expected to arrive shortly before our check in so we could go straight to our room and relax and cool down given that it was hot. My fiancé is pregnant and we still had to wait about 30 mins before our room was given. Hilton needs to do better with assigning rooms. It really makes for a bad start to our trip when we have to wait for a room. I’m paying top notch dollar for a Hilton room that apparently is rated 4 stars. With that kind of start it’s more of a medley 2/5 start for us. Also, why does your hotel charge 8-10$ for a cup of regular medium sized cup of coffee? This is just ridiculous and a prime example of inflation which really kills the vibe when vacationing. It wasn’t even Kona coffee or anything exquisite about the coffee. Bartenders at the main bar were very good and made the drinks stiff.
Wish there was food closer by like at least grocery options. We wanted to leave the hotel everyday for more food options and ended up getting Ubers. Loved the hotel though, very clean, comfortable bed and beautiful grounds to enjoy.
The hotel was beautiful from the moment you walked in to the sleeping accommodations and the swimming pool resort area. The ocean views and private beach access was fantastic. One of the best customer service is experience we’ve had so far. Everyone was attentive and paid attention to detail.
I got food poisoning at their "BEST FINE DINING" restaurant located on the lower level the first day of my vacation the following morning I woke up with terrible vomiting and diarrhea. I rushed myself to the hospital... upon returning I requested to speak with a manager, Instead of showing any type of empathy, she automatically got defensive. I will not be staying here ever again, and will not recommend it to anyone.

This resort is Top Notch! My Fiancé and I loved the food, views and amazing staff. Our first time in Cabo will always be memorable because of this resort. We plan on staying here again.
The Property was nice, food was good but took a bit long to deliver. Was forgotten by servers for a larger parties more than once. Poolside food took an hour. They made lots of mistakes on the food like pepperoni pizza (added mushrooms etc...) yet asking every time if you have a food allergy lol.
Drinks were so effing expensive and they walked away with credit cards for 15 minutes and a certain higher ground stance like you're in the south of France (it's Mexico!)
No place local to go for water or anything you might need popping up. Property was clean and view obviously amazing.
Staff were very nice but front desk were out to shake you upside down. Not enough food options and no place to get water for less than $6 USD.
Go to Costco before you check in!
Closer to the airport than Cabo resorts which is nice. Would go back if they lower the drink prices. Everyone agrees!!!!
