Very nice recent house not overlooked. Located in an alley in the village of La Noue, close to shops and the daily market.
Dining room, living room, fitted kitchen, 2 toilets, 3 bedrooms (with double beds), 1 with shower room, 1 bedroom with single bed on mezzanine + futon, bathroom.

Annex 2 people composed of: bedroom (with double bed), room including kitchen, living room, dining room - bathroom.

Great accommodation for 2 families, including one infant. Well equipped kitchen. Pool has cover and fencing so good peace of mind with 2 year old. Very close to La Noue, shops & market. Good access on quiet street.

Beautiful, well equipped house in a quiet street in a bustling village, a short walk to local bars, shops and restaurants. The swimming pool was excellent. Sylvie made sure we had a very comfortable and happy holiday. We hired bikes in the village and had a great time exploring the island. Perfect stay for our family group.

Excellent spacious villa which accommodated all the family well. Festival in the village on the Sunday. Perfect! We all enjoyed spending time in the pool which made a very relaxing holiday for all. Extra special was the wonderful welcome pack Sylvie had left us of the islands special produce. Highly recommend will return!

Tout d'abord, nous tenons à remercier Sylvie et Raphaël pour la qualité de leur accueil et leur amabilité.La maison est très agréable avec 5 chambres et est très bien équipée. Le quartier est très calme et on peut aller à la mer à pieds très facilement.Le jardin est très protégé du vent et dès qu'il y a un rayon de soleil, on en profite bien.On recommande !

Excellent accueil de nos hôtes. La maison est super , très belle, accueillante, confortable , très bien placée . Pas loin du centre ville mais pour autant il n’y a pas de bruit. Il y a tout ce qu’il faut pour passer de très bonnes vacances.

Très bon accueil des propriétaires. Très belle propriété avec de belles prestations. Maison confortable et bien équipée (bonne literie dans toutes les chambres c'est important). Nous avons aussi apprécié l'espace clos que compose la propriété permettant d'être protégé du vent et ainsi de pouvoir profiter des extérieurs même au mois d'avril et en toute tranquillité !!

Grande maison avec de très beau volume offrant à chacun un espace personnel. Une cuisine très bien équipée en ustensiles casseroles, poêles, faitouts de toutes tailles........ Grande table à l'intérieur et également une très grande table à l'extérieur. L'espace extérieur est parfait avec un grand salon de jardin et une superbe piscine chauffée. Notre hôte Sylvie, est très souriante et disponible , nous avons passé un agréable WE avec nos enfants. Merci.

Klasse Haus, tolle Außenanlage und genug Platz. Küche super ausgestattet und ein großer und kleiner Kühlschrank um Getränke zu kühlen. Die Schlafzimmer sind gemütlich und die Betten bequem. Das Haus bietet auch bei 10 Personen Rückzugsmöglichkeiten. Die Vermieterin ist hilfsbereit und freundlich. Wir haben das Haus mit 3 Familien ( insgesamt 10 Personen ) gemietet und haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Die Insel hat tolle Strände und besonders St. Martin, la Flotte und Ars de Ré sind wunderschöne Städtchen. Es gibt nette Sehenswürdigkeiten wie z.b. den Leuchtturm (Phare des Balaines) oder historische Stätte wie die Citaelle de Vauban . Wir hatten einen tollen Urlaub auf Ile de Ré.
