I recommend this beautiful home to everyone. I loved the openness of the kitchen, living room and dining room. My family enjoyed all the amenities this home had to offer. My 15 year old grandson commented that this home was so cozy. I give this home a 10 star rating.

The property was just as pictured. We had a group of 10, and we all fit comfortably! The hangout area in the backyard was perfect for gatherings. The balcony was perfect for your morning coffee views, even saw some elk in the front yard a couple mornings. Location was perfect, was no more than 10 min to get to pretty much anywhere we were going! Was overall a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend this house to friends and family! I know we'll be back!

Went out there to celebrate my daughter's 13th birthday during spring break. The place was perfect, plenty of space and things for my kids and the young at heart to do. Having Pac-Man there was a huge plus for them. Definitely enjoyed ourselves.

We went up for a winter getaway for one night. Our party enjoyed the cleanliness, space, billiards game room, and hot tub. This is a spacious house in near every fun activity you could think of in Ruidoso NM. The owner replies quickly and is very accommodating. We will be booking again!

This lovely house provided the perfect location for our family Thanksgiving. It's clean, beautifully decorated, and in a good location. The kids loved the pool table, Pac Man game, fire pit, and the hot tub. Our trip was made even more pleasant by the helpful attentiveness of our host. Property was located in a central area close to stores and entertainment for my family and I. House is very updated, with a big kitchen area and living area. If you are looking for a big house to rent out for the weekend look no further. This is it!!

Loved the house it looked even nicer in person. Very quiet and nice neighborhood. Lots of space in the home. Definitely deserved the 5 stars. Did have some cleaning rules before you leave so if you don’t mind then this place is perfect. But if you do then keep that in mind.

We all had a great time here. Loved the pool table and pac man machine. Fire pit in back was also great. My husband and i loved the master bedroom. The showers were super. Kitchen wad big and roomy. Overall it was great.

Trista was very communicative and there was attempts to accommodate our early check in request and addressing issue of no coffee pot for the coffee maker. The beds were very comfortable and the gaming room was excellent. The kitchen is huge but if you think you might take food home with you be sure to bring your own zip lock bags! Lots of space and very convenient location.

The house was beautiful! My family and I loved it. The dishwasher was full of dirty dishes that smelt awful. The bedsheets also look like they had been slept in. Aside from that the house was nice, easy to find, and the owner was super nice! wouldnt mind trying this place again.

Went up for a writing retreat with five other authors, and boy did we have a nice time. Place was clean and in a nice location, close to some hiking trails, including Grindstone. Good communication with the owners, including them buying us a water pitcher when it turned out there was no pitcher in the kitchen. Six beds, which was handy because there were six of us. It's pet-friendly, which didn't matter to us because none of us brought pets. We never did try the hot tub, so I don't know how that worked. But it looked fun! Charcoal grill outside worked just great. Spiral staircase isn't the sturdiest, so heavy people should be aware of that. Would have liked more robust wifi, because there were six of us all using it at once, but I suspect it's pretty hard to get blazing fast internet up there in the mountains. Anyway, a good time was had by all. Got lots of good fiction writing done. Thank you!

We are a team of colleagues working in the wellness industry in El Paso TX, so getting away to regroup and have time as friends was exactly what we needed! We loved our Ruidoso Hang Out! It went above our expectations in every aspect of the home. The home was immaculate, well stocked, provided exceptional space and gave a sense of warmth holiday style! In an exceptionally quiet neighborhood with a wonderful hot tub to enjoy at the end of each day. What an amazing and relaxing environment. The home is well decorated, and our favorite past time was playing pool and Packman! Plenty of parking and the views from the master suite of the mountains was a great way to start the day! We didn't wanna leave this luxurious and beautiful home! Trista was amazing to work with and was available to us if we needed assistance. It was the perfect getaway and the perfect place! From the moment we arrived at this charming Ruidoso property, we knew we had found a special place. Nestled amidst breathtaking mountain views, this home provided the perfect backdrop for our retreat. The owners were outstanding in their communication, promptly responding to any questions, which made us feel welcomed and well cared for. The house itself is a treasure trove of amenities. The game room became our nightly entertainment hub, boasting a pool table and a nostalgic arcade game. The several fire pits and hot tub complemented by beautiful decks – including one in the master bedroom – allowed us to immerse ourselves in the serene surroundings. The added luxury of smart TVs in every room ensured that relaxation was always at our fingertips. A highlight of our stay was a picturesque hike nearby, made even more magical by a snowfall – a special treat that enhanced the beauty of the area. This property is not just a place to stay; it’s a gateway to experiencing the tranquility and beauty of Ruidoso. A note for future guests: the master bedroom is uniquely situated upstairs, accessible via a narrow, winding staircase, or an external staircase. While this added a quaint charm and privacy to our stay, those with mobility concerns should note that this room may not be easily accessible; however, the property thoughtfully offers four additional, comfortable bedrooms on the first floor. We left with beautiful memories and a promise to ourselves to return to this gem!

We stay in Ruidoso multiple times a year, so if you stay in this city often, you know that finding a cabin with refrigerated air can be extremely difficult. This Hollywood cabin hosted by Trish comes equipped with refrigerated air which is a life saver for people like me who live in the southwest and do not enjoy being hot. The master bedroom upstairs was beautiful and had both in house access and outdoor access to a beautiful patio. The game room was equipped with a pool table and also a ping pong table which we enjoyed. The kitchen and dining room was spacious and had all necessary items such as pots, pans, bowls, glassware, bottle opener, and cutting boards with sharp knives. This cabin is located right off the main road, so it was easy off/on access. We were initially worried that because it was so closely located to the central part of the city that we wouldn't see wildlife, but we were proven wrong. We saw multiple deer every day we were there. It was quite a sight to see! The Walmart is located less than a mile away which made it easy to load up on groceries for the weekend. The beds were comfortable. The televisions were enabled to log onto major TV apps like Netflix and Disney channel. I would definitely recommend this cabin to anyone looking for a larger space here in Ruidoso. We will definitely be booking this cabin in the future!

The house was just as pictured, and there were even a few bonuses. I don't remember seeing a hot tub listed, but there's one now. That and the pool table kept the older kids entertained in our downtime. We have a little one, and although we had brought a pack and play of our own, it was nice to find a second one in a closet downstairs. There were even a couple sleds for a trip to White Sands in the hall closet! Be sure to stop at the White Sands gift shop and pick up some wax before you go into the park.

This house was amazing! Clean and well-stocked. The kids enjoyed playing pool and using the Pac-man arcade game. It was right by the race tracks and about 10 minutes from midtown shops/boutiques. Owners were very quick to respond to all inquiries. Would definitely stay here again!
